www.nasdaq.com/symbol/mnkd/sec-filingsThey're posted there as well. Looks like Stuart Tross, Patrick McCauley, Courtney Barton, and Mike bought 5,000 shares. Steven Binder bought 1,760 shares. It's something, but these aren't big buys and David Kendall is still absent.

It looks like these were simply automated buy orders at market price. I suspect it is independent of anything related to the recent conference call or share price action. In other words, this was a planned purchase and not a reaction to the recently depressed stock price.
EDIT: The assumption, therefore, is that this does not preclude that some material event may be in the works (e.g., partnerships, etc.). Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Is this part of employee purchase plan or market purchase? If market purchase - Does it mean no material info in the next 1 or 2 weeks?

It definitely looks like the employee purchase plan.

Regardless of whether or not this was a market purchase or a pre-planned purchase by eight MNKD execs, it's still positive. Any negative perspective regarding this is truly speculative with no substance to back it up. Let's see if these small insider buy announcements change any algorithm buying and selling tomorrow.

I am happy to see this, as I don't see a group of successful, logical people throwing away thousands of dollars on stock in a company they work for if they knew they were about to declare bankruptcy or something similar. That said, if one already thought the building was on fire, these purchases probably aren't big enough to convince them otherwise. I am happy to see that management continues to put it's own money into the stock.

Did Alinaya pay for the options she listed on the 4k just published or freebies? Stock options are given to employees, they don't pay for them.
