uhtr conf call is 10/31. I think the mnkd cc date pretty much guarantees that mnkd will be mentioned during the uhtr conf call.

Seems strange to change it up and host their earnings call during pre-market. I can't even remember a time that they did this. Also, the only people on the call will be Mike and CFO Steven Binder. Dr. Kendall will not be on the call as he has the previous calls.
Are these anomalies are good sign, bad sign, or meaningless?

I think it does not matter what day or what time they announce, the timng would have been interpreted optimistically no matter what. E.g., Friday at 8 pm? That must be because they want to give shorts a sleepless weekend!

Mike mentioned on last earnings call that future calls will not be as detailed... so no CMO or CCO this time. We say what we do and do what we say  |

Makes perfect sense to me. UTHR will do the initial intro about the collaboration on Wednesday. On Thursday morning after our Halloween sugar binge, MNKD will give us the final fabulous details and we will be backing up the truck to get MORE shares. Panic sets in for the shorts ... and the squeeze is on.

once United gives all the details of the deal the day before , Mannkind can discuss more on the details the next day. Additional deal would be nice bonus.
