Can we say with absolutely certainty that they haven't tried reaching out? Maybe the impetus came from the driver or owner and not the makers of FIASP, Novo Nordisk? We are assuming a lot, sometimes. I would say with a reasonable degree of certainty that those stories came from PR agencies. Reading them I would say the Forbes article was managed by Novo Nordisk's PR agency given the insulin and Race with Insulin references. The Fox Business News article came from Dexcom's PR agency. It's the PR agencies job to plant these stories, so the real question is who is Mannkind's PR agency and are they asleep? The other option is that they are trying to do their own PR which is a recipe for disaster since they are not going to have the contacts to get the message out there. I sent that Fox video to Rose this morning. She had already sent the Forbes article to the MNKD communications person to ask what the PR firm, we hired, is doing. If I get an update I will will post the response.
