I believe these are shares that were "disposed of" for tax purposes. I looked at most but not all of them so maybe I missed something.

So our CFO and our lord Savior Kendall sold around 1/3 of their already slim holdings. Whether it's for tax purposes or not, I don't care. They certainly aren't buying other than their token discounted shares.
Thanks for that vote of confidence right before the earnings call.

Fine print: Note 1 "Shares withheld to satisfy the tax liability incident to the vesting of previously reported restricted stock units."

Fine print: Note 1 "Shares withheld to satisfy the tax liability incident to the vesting of previously reported restricted stock units." Just happened to wife at her job..supposed to get 1000 shares but only get 600 bc they “sell” the other 400 to cover your taxes..means nothing

Just happened to wife at her job..supposed to get 1000 shares but only get 600 bc they “sell” the other 400 to cover your taxes..means nothing Technically accurate, but it is telling that she did not choose to have all shares sold and pocket the income from the 600 shares. It implies shes counting on the SP appreciating, and after 12 months she will only pay capital gains rates on any appreciation of the stock over the execution price. If MNKD execs are only selling enough to cover the taxes on their RSUs, then I think they are putting some skin into the game specific to the opportunity cost of the remaining value of the RSUs they were granted. Otherwise the Form 4s would indicate that they liquidated all shares for whatever they could get from them at today's price. Time will tell.

You bring absolutely NO positivity to this board. I'm no sucker—I believe you are a short. Regardless, change your attitude, the world will NEVER become better with negativity. Spread some positive vibes...for once!

Spread some positive vibes...for once! I now own more shares than our CFO and our Chief Medical Officer, as do a lot of people on this board, think about that for a second. Spin that one positive. And I don't really care what you believe. I'll keep criticizing management if they keep underperforming.

It's good to have a spectrum of sentiments on a board like this. Otherwise we can all just sing Kumbaya. And btw, I might still have more shares than the CFO and CMO even after I recently reduced my position by 1/2 due to months and months of "underperforming" management!!

Mango my friend, awesomo is not short ..you’re attacking people and lashing out because you’re emotionally upset. Everything is going to be OK. Maybe not around this ER call because it is again hyped up and set up for disappointment. Or maybe Mike pulls the big one out of his hat...IDK, but just keep focusing on Afrezza. And all the other stuff you report on to keep us all informed:-)
