Are we now learning that this was all a hoax? Were other PB members duped?
I'll be the last guy to stand up and say that what we read here is all factual or true, but it's typically based on people's own opinions and not represented as fact without a source. I just read a Form 4 with his signature, dated 2/25/2020? @sportsrancho vouched to the authenticity of the source. Was she duped and led to believe the information was accurate?

What to think of their reliability, honesty, integrity and motives?
@sportsrancho, were you duped? Any explanation. Are the Form 4's inaccurate? Can terminated employees still get stock options? Is this simply a matter of dates and deadlines?
