Absolutely. Also, as a little side note: Liquidia does not have a Bluetooth enabled attachment for their inhaler. I believe there has been some discussion that TreT will be offering consumer versions? But at least we will have the medical office BluHale available for initial patient education, etc... The thing about the Liquidia inhaler is that it does not utilize the concept of flow resistance like our inhalation devices do. I am actually quite familiar with the style of inhaler Liquidia uses. It is truly inferior to what we have. Our inhalers are really a marvel of engineering. I know the Liquidia pumpers and MannKind haters will claim that it doesn’t matter, yada yada. Let me tell you—it absolutely does matter! I believe the fact UT chose us over them proves my point, even though all it takes really is real world experience with these inhalers to really know what’s up. I will go out on a limb and say MNKD is working on a Dreamboat w/ Bluhale integrated inhaler. No more add-on device. That’d be a sweet inhaler!

MNKD instruction, if I recall correctly, is to change inhalers every two weeks. Mouth Bacteria. A bit like hygiene during a pandemic

In my younger days, my date and I would have dinner and wine ... then spend hours "sucking face". Absolutely No Mouth Bacteria ... and no food stuck between the teeth either. But, that's mytakeonit

mango and all help me out here. On You Tube, regarding COVID, long haulers. The physicians, clinicians are finding inflammation and scaring of the lungs after discharge. Here is a film that show the scaring. (Notice the difference between films with disease, what we used to call a "white out" vs the film of residual scaring. Here is why I bring it up on this thread..... Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a group of lung diseases in which significant scarring occurs within the lungs. Tyvaso® (treprostinil) Inhalation Solution in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) Thoughts? (Here is a screen shot of what we used to call a white out, the disease. For compare and contrast. www.screencast.com/t/0fXVrXTmbK)www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRJ5_bMggWQ.

UTHR 10k is a good read this morning. They crushed earnings and revenue expectations. Very bullish outlook.
“We are very pleased with the strong year-over-year growth for both Orenitram and Tyvaso,” said Michael Benkowitz, President and Chief Operating Officer of United Therapeutics. “Our prostacyclin products are now being used by a larger number of pulmonary arterial hypertension patients in the United States than ever before, as demand has returned to pre-pandemic levels.”

Lots of talk about TreT and BREEZE study. They are already talking about a BREEZE 2 study for WHO Group 3 if needed.

I think Martine said they just approved 5 billion dollars for the build up of tret. I also think Martine said they want to have twice the inventory built up for their projections on first year of trept before launch. Sounds like mannkind is going to be pretty busy next year.

Are you sure? Because UTHR have $2.8B cash on hand, and a market cap of $5.7B so the chances of them blowing $5B on the just the build up of TreT seems minimal. I think you are confusing UTHR market cap with projected setup spend on TreT, but I stand to be corrected though so a reference would be welcome.

A couple different people (here and on StockTwits) are saying they heard the same thing. I had the same concerns about context. This quarter was $129 million in Tyvaso revenues. That would be $516 million a year or $5 billion over ten years. I can understand building up an initial inventory (and that is a positive), but I can’t get my head around how it would make any sense to try to accumulate a ten-year stockpile. I hope it makes more sense when reading the statement in context in the transcript.

I didn't read the details, but an inventory worth $5B in sales will cost uthr much less than that to acquire. Not sure if my comment is relevant to this specific situation.
