Have you read the stuff that Nate has put up with over the years? Years... His track record speaks volumes. He’s been right on any number of stocks. Look at his return on MNKD life to date by the way... And he’s got Cretin pulling for him! Yep, I’ve been pulling for Nate to be right on MNKD since the share price was $50 and he was calling it a buy! He’s sure due to be right, and I’m still pulling for him on that one! So you’re one of those people that calls the game at half time. Makes sense. |

We all know how I feel about Nate. And yes I know he called some of you out, but honestly, who cares. Too many people get their nose pushed out of joint as a result of social media, that is why I only have three stars on this board under my screen name. Let your own achievements be your sounding board, not what someone posts about you or your thoughts. As far as I am concerned, Nate can engage in all the verbal jousting he wants as long as he keeps delivering results. If I had his brain power and track record, I would stay out of the fray and in the deep-end where I belonged, but it is his prerogative. I don't understand it, but hey.
My reality, thanks to what Nate has taught me, looks 82.7% better than a year ago, 275% better than it looked 5 years ago, 875% better than it did 10 years ago. I will let those results do the talking. And if they continue, I will keep listening. After all, I don't care if my surgeon is an arrogant bastard as long as he fixes what is wrong with me.
But that is a little more than my 2 Cents worth on this subject.

Separately, with all the nonsense peddled in social media about MNKD, I'm very grateful to Nate for taking the time to post with such frequency to counter the misguided or malicious opinions posted about MNKD. |

Aged and Matt both found another "hobby" on 01/01/2021. Remarkable really, after nearly 5 thousand slightly negative posts about a company they held no stock in and didn't use the product of. (Eye roll intended) I wonder which company is currently blessed with their slightly negative commentary? (For the benefit of shareholders of course). There have come and gone several others of similar persuasion that reside in my blocked file, they to offered helpfully negative (insight).
We are very fortunate to have the level of moderators we have, even so the hired folks are welcome here too, as long as they behave (as are we). As I've said, Aged was / is one of my favorite posters, an extremely bright individual in both finance and medicine. Even though I am no match for his intellect, he seemed to enjoy a bit of verbal jousting.
As a long investor it can become frustrating to see equal time afforded to tearing down Mannkind for the sake of "discussion".
Now before you write it...no, I can't prove they are / were paid to bash the company. However, I do recall Desisto being bashed between the time he was announced as CEO and when he had to decline the position.
I'm not saying he hit his target but my guess is even a sage like Nate is a bit worn down by the nonsense.

I’m grateful for this board. Have made some truly great friends that I’ll forever be grateful for, and have learnt a tremendous amount about MannKind, diabetes, etc from people who contribute here.
Overall, I’d say I’m so glad I discovered MNKD ProBoards.
Also big thanks to all the Mods who put up with our chit. 😁
