I’m glad I’ll be able to attend but I hope there will be a live meeting in Danbury in 2022 so I can see the manufacturing facility.

I'd say having 1.4 Million shares classifies as "skin in the game."

Okay, I'll have to buy another 435k shares to have skin in the game. My Federal taxes aren't due till May ... so yeah, I can do it.
But, that's mytakeonit
Do I get a free plane ticket and a hotel room also? Too bad this isn't happening in Las Vegas.

I know, I'm kinda self serving. You make money, MC makes money and I make money...let's roll!

I'd like to make a general comment about amount of share ownership.
I don't want to know how many shares anyone has. I don't think it's anybody's business how many shares I have, and it's none of my business how many you have.
Your posts do not carry any more or less weight in my mind based on my knowledge of your share position. That's because a number of shares "N" can be a) a small position, b) a middling positing, c) a large position or d) an enormous position ... all depending on how big your entire investment portfolio is.
It. Does. Not. Matter. How. Many. Shares. You. Own.
I can't (and won't) force anyone to keep their positions confidential, but I encourage it.
Thanks.

Understood, I was pointing out the nonsense that get's posted about Mike being an overpaid CEO when we have investors making as much or more by simply watching their stock rise.

Executive bonus structure which basically amounted to MC hauling in over $2M more in 2020 than 2019. In what world does their Afrezza performance in 2020 warrant 95%?

Just because some investors have millions invested (who knows if they are even telling the truth) means the CEO can't be overpaid? Truth is, without Martine and UTHR, Mike and company would be dead in the water.

The share price last year went from .82 to today at $4.20. I'll take that "dead in the water" percentage gain any year!

The core product this team is responsible for, Afrezza, is completely stuck in the mud.

Here’s my analogy on number of shares owned. It’s personal!! But when the weekly rx count matches my share total I’ll sell it all! ! Who knows, maybe tomorrow’s the day !! Hope that’s ok to say. Now let’s see a new high tomorrow. It’s long overdue.

The core product this team is responsible for, Afrezza, is completely stuck in the mud. I usually don't get into this type of discussion here but I just wanted to provide a little bit of my opinion. I get that a lot of you don't like the fact that MC and the directors got those bonuses but to suggest that MC and some of those directors didn't have anything to do with the UTHR partnership just isn't right. I don't remember UTHR even being in the picture before MC got hired and I know the argument will be that the UTHR CEO chose to work with MNKD mainly due to Al. However without knowing the full back story you can't say that it wasn't MC that approached UTHR for a partnership. If the SP is due to UTHR and UTHR partnered with MNKD after MC became CEO then he should be able to take credit for it. Sure, they got a nice bonus but if you truly believed in MNKD you would've picked a decent amount of shares when the SP was under $1 which in turn would've provided a nice bonus for you. Ok. Back to semi-lurk mode.
