This is an example of taking initiative and inviting accountability. A couple of hallmarks of great leadership. Thanks Bill for stepping up like this, and thanks Stanley for bringing your situation to light.
As a MNKD investor, Stanley cannot be accused of bashing, rather he has not experienced success with Afrezza and is sharing his perspective. Now hopefully Stanley will jump on this opportunity to have maybe the best person possible to guide his experience with Afrezza. Bill is willing to have this done publicly, that’s confidence. Stanley, take him up on it and let’s see what happens. Hopefully you will be the direct and immediate beneficiary!

Stanley, I have the utmost confidence that you will be revisiting us proclaiming Afrezza as the Holy Grail of diabetes after you learn to use Afrezza from VDex.
What a treat to have Bill offer personal guidance in navigating Afrezza.
I hope you will take full advantage of such an offer, and at least give it a try with an expert who wants to see you succeed.
Good luck!

I just read Bill's perspective and offer to help. Wow. Impressive. Thanks Sports for helping facilitate this. You should be proud.
On a personal note, I was initially a fan of Bill's and even contacted him directly about the possibility of opening a location in the southeast. It was too early at the time. When the battle of words over Mannkind management evolved, I understood Bill's frustration but believed the tone and language was not professional so I was no longer a fan. Time moves on. I'm now once again a fan and sincerely appreciate his continued efforts to be deeply involved and to push for Afrezza to succeed.

Bill McCullough - Thank You for responding!!!
I know I would really like this to be a public case study, with AGP's, dosing info/adjustments, etc. I am not sure why Stanley would not agree to this and to agree to the case study being published. If it doesn't work for Stanley then understanding why would be very valuable information.

If it doesn't work for Stanley then understanding why would be very valuable information. A patient case report published on PubMed? That would be an awesome idea! Perhaps even a detailed paper by VDex, similar to their White Papers, but written in a format that can be accepted by a reputable journal—maybe a compilation of patient case studies. That would be fantastic!

Thanks guys! I am very proud to be with Vdex. I am proud of Bill. I’m proud of everyone on our team.
Bill feels things deeply, he gets mad on occasion because he just wants things to be right. And it’s so important to get this right! For patients, for shareholders, and in respect to/for Al Mann.
An another note…He told me a point being missed in a lot of this discussion about dosing: the mindset of Fix Fasting First leads to under dosing on prandial. To really get great results requires the philosophical shift to Mainly Manage Mealtime. He’ll be addressing this in detail soon.

Has anyone heard back from Stanley?
Hearing from Bill on fix fasting will be great. I always assumed it was two things leading to under-dosing; the fear of hypos; the label. I remember at the at the Adcom there was discussion of second dosing and it was generally not done during the Affinty-1 because of fears of stacking and hypos.

I had my doubts about Stanely but hopefully I am wrong and he shows up. Maybe we need an APB. Who knows maybe he is hanging out with Aged Hippie and Bill can get Aged into the case study too.
It would be nice to do something with all the kids getting diabetes after Covid. But, without afrezza being approved for the kids I think it would need to be an official FDA study. One good thing about Covid is a lot of money has gone into studying how SARS-2 is reprogramming the beta cells through transdifferentiation. Since the news release by the CDC the other day about the kids I keep reading the general approach seems to be "Hoping" the kids beta cells over time recover. I think getting them afrezza asap would do a lot better than hope.

Or Stanley is Aged hippie! That’s not possible do you think the moderators are stupid🤣 I’ll assume Stanley is Stanley and sincere until there is information to the contrary. The moderators are not stupid, but I also don’t think the moderators have any magic that prevents a person from having more than one Proboard account. I’ve not tested this theory, but my guess is it would not be difficult.

From the Board Rules:
13. Multiple Accounts
13.1. Posters utilizing multiple accounts to dodge banning, manipulate poll results, increase their smiting/exhalting actions etc., will have their older account/s disabled upon discovery. Administration spends a modicum of time determining this type of violation. If you are clever enough to avoid detection, then more power to you.
13.2. The additional accounts of anyone with a primary account may be disabled at any time by a moderator.
