It would be nice if MannKind could sue for pass damages of the already multiple confirmed cases where MannKind was listed as a victim to illegal naked short selling schemes in SEC court documents. Have links to those court documents previously been posted to proboards? I'd be very interested in looking at those. Not sure that exists. Curious as well.

harryx1 Isn't that chart the total volume and short volume for the day? Why is there a tab above it saying "Naked Short Interest"?

I’ve posted multiple cases in this thread alone. I even called you out for mocking it as being a “conspiracy theory.” I guess you weren’t paying attention!

That "" isn't a phrase I tend to use as it is an almost meaningless cliché, so you might be confusing me with someone else. I have questioned unsubstantiated claims such as that there is some huge pool of "fake shares" that exist. So I may well have pointed out "unsubstantiated" or even "inconsistent with my researched about the topic". I certainly would be interested in links to any SEC court cases specifically discussing MNKD trading. If you've posted those, please point to them, or repost, or let me know where I can look it up on SEC site. That would be something real I'd like to see. We certainly have had issues over the years with short attacks on MNKD. Any evidence of illegality, I'd like to see. In particular I'd love to know the time periods involved. I like facts.

I believe all the data is pulled daily from Nasdaq, NYSE, etc. nakedshortreport.com/faqI can't figure out what it is. It says from FINRA but they don't publish any daily info on "naked shorting". The numbers seem to be about total volume rather than anything to do with "naked" shorting, but the numbers don't exactly match the volume numbers posted by FINRA (not the short volume or total volume). Though certainly that data seems well correlated with the FINRA daily short volume numbers, just seems scaled by some factor or perhaps leaving out one of the data sources that feeds into the consolidated numbers from FINRA. www.finra.org/finra-data/browse-catalog/short-sale-volume-data/daily-short-sale-volume-files

I’ve already posted the links. You’ll have to go back through this thread to find them if you’re interested. I’m surprised you and cretin missed them considering how active the two of you have been in here. I will not do the searching for you two, I have already spent my valuable time finding the cases and posted them for everyone to see. Between the both of you I’m sure it wouldn’t take long to find them.

Thanks for posting, no wonder I don’t recall it, as I surely didn’t read those 100+ pages. Not planning to now either, so cliff notes appreciated, TIA. Curious whether any of those docs reference activity post-2017.

Curious whether any of those docs reference activity post-2017. Apparently not so curious after all. They're .pdf files. If your curiosity increases, Mango tells you how to search for the relevant information. Adobe Acrobat reader has a "find" function. CTRL-F, then type in MNKD, hit <ENTER>. Enjoy!
Ok, so seriously, you doubted Mango?
Massive fraud is being committed regularly in the stock market. The SEC doesn't enforce it's own regulations, and there aren't enough lawsuits to make a difference. We know MannKind has been abused, and given the unusually high Short Interest Rate, it isn't unreasonable to be suspicious it's still going on. It is almost amusing when you and others say things like "I haven't seen any shorts here" (or words to that effect). We're told we should believe that all of the criminal trading and social media activity happens only to other stocks or only happened to this one in the dark past. And while cases pile up and shorts have posters which inhabit other social media sites, certainly there is no more such activity on this stock or on this board. Incredible. Literally. Not credible.

Yeah, I remember the stuff from ages ago. I thought there was something about naked shorting relevant to today.
No, I haven’t seen any shorts here lately have you?
