You can make some assumptions about a discount rate and the duration of the revenue or income stream to calculate npv Many use the cost of capitall.

In my simple mind that would mean that MNKD could see annual royalties of $ 1 - 1.5 billion? Of course, I am sure there are other "costs" that UHTR would incur that could/would lower the royalty paid, right?

Raising $200M is a material event. Selling part of revenue stream versus shares... Anybody have any idea on how this revenue will be recognized? As it is earned? Thx |

Very strange to have a pre-market conference all for this event. Hope there is much bigger and better news.
