If the Mann group received shares and sold some/all of them, that would definitely put a temporary downward pressure on the stock As Alethea pointed out, this deal involves roughly 0.005 of MNKD shares. That is, 0.5%. |

Anytime debt is paid off it’s a positive thing. Very happy to see these two debts out of the way. This is huge milestone for MannKind. Just think where the company was 5 years ago and where we are today. Next year we should see Afrezza Peds approval and Clofazimine approval and Nintedanib in Phase 3.
Incredible.
I see this as a $20-$25 stock following those events.

Anytime debt is paid off it’s a positive thing. Very happy to see these two debts out of the way. This is huge milestone for MannKind. Just think where the company was 5 years ago and where we are today. Next year we should see Afrezza Peds approval and Clofazimine approval and Nintedanib in Phase 3. Incredible. I see this as a $20-$25 stock following those events. It is going up big-time. Just a question of when it is allowed to.  (the future's so bright I gotta wear shades). |

Our PPS doesn’t even reflect the recent Sagard Tyvaso DPI royalty valuation. Add in Afrezza, VGo, the IP portfolio, manufacturing, pipeline, and cash we are significantly undervalued. I really like seeing Mike say publicly now, multiple times, how they believe MannKind is undervalued. $20-$25 may be conservative. Clofazimine has the potential be a colossal revenue generator based on the projections. |
