Here's my bet for Q2 2024 revenues: Royalties 27 Coll & Svcs 25 Afrezza 16 VGo 4 Total $72M This is less than 10% increase over Q1 2024. Not bad. Need to do it to the dollar next time. :+)

We’re now at a 288m a year run rate. I think that’s so impressive considering not long ago 100m seemed a daunting task. I still think Afrezza has huge untapped potential after listening to the Juicebox podcast with Dr Blevins. I think It’s becoming less of an unknown or failed drug and more of a why aren’t you trying it. Yet, reality is 64m a year, 10 years in… Mostly the answer is that it is difficult to impossible to get insurance coverage for it... and many docs simply don't like dealing with prior auths so they likely aren't even discussing with patients.

I believe the INHALE studies will and may already be (INHALE-3) starting to help. This is what I take from Dr Blevins, we'll see.

I also continue to HOPE formulary coverage will improve... though certainly not holding my breath or staying in MNKD investment because of it.

It was a good quarter with few surprises other than the market reaction, but perhaps that isn't surprising either. I do agree with cretin11 the market ignored the analyst estimates and if anyone was paying attention to what was being said here, they certainly would have had useful information at hand to ignore the analysts. I thought @clement and parrerob and a few others did a good job of scouring for information and making estimates of the revenue beat based on their research and Clement for sure nailed it.

I’ve noticed sometimes that when I reference another poster, ProBoards doesn’t always tag them. Looking at it, I think it means the @ tag is case sensitive. I’ll tag @clement to test.
UPDATE: Interesting. The @ tag function changed Clement to clement and did not tag. I’ll try clement in lower case. @clement
UPDATE2: The @ tag function hates Clement. There isn’t any way I can tag Clement. It’s a bug.

There isn’t any way I can tag Clement. It’s a bug. Nope, I've tagged Clement many a time. Hover your mouse over Clement's display username and you will see that the actual username is sizemed1633 (<<note: I did not put the @ sign in front of that so it did not tag Clement in this post). Added: Oh, so not a bug, working as designed. Added: Oh, what the heck, let's tag Clement!

Very confusing, for sure, especially since I can DM liane by saying "liane" while her actual account name is admin. So it works differently for DMs than for in-post tagging. Sigh.

I believe that is because in a DM, when you enter something in the username (to select who you are sending to), the board is doing a search of profiles for both username and display name and sorts it out when it finds something. However, as simple text entry in a message, the board is not initiating a search and so it only takes what you type. If you type incorrectly, it does not search or correct for you (or, GIGO).
