My reason for #3 in my earlier post... This was posted on another blog...Exubera Rx numbers were pretty weak for at least the first 7 weeks. It wasn't until week 7 that the RX numbers got over 60. Afrezza did 34 Rx last week while it was week 6 and Exubera did 25. Add that Afrezzauser mentioned DOZENS of diabetics contacted him to say they're just waiting until they can see their Endo and this causes me to believe that Rx numbers could see much better numbers than Exubera in week-to-week comparisons.

something to think about is that this may not even be the same part of Black Rock that the accumulated the 5.01%. These may be other Blackrock funds that have a smaller amount totaled to include these funds. Only this one specific fun the accumulated more than 5.01% the filing also was as of 12 / 31 / 2014 It looks like the list is mostly complete now. Nasdaq lists total institutional ownership at 102,383,436. They still don't show Blackrock at 5%. Interesting that 97 institutions increased or started new position last quarter. www.nasdaq.com/symbol/mnkd/institutional-holdingsthey are listed just doesn't add up to the numbers in the 13f:
Blackrock Advisors 1,785,569 Blackrock fund Advisors 10,778,022 Blackrock Group 431,385 Blackrock, Inc. 5,982 Blackrock Investment Management 743,022

Blackrock purchased the shares to put them at 5.1% in Jan. The SEC filing was done in Feb. So when Nasdaq.com updates next quarter it will reflect that Blackrock owns 20 million shares. The next question is >>>>. Who will be the next institution to own 5% of MNKD shares?

When you see big blocks moving during the day or AH somebody is either buying or selling them. I wish that i had a better handle on that as when you see some of the huge blocks like you see below there is some accumulation or selling by somebody. My guess is buying but by who. Institutional buyers or Sanofi? Blocks today over 20,000 shares. Blocks today 10,000 shares +

KC Could you be so kind to let me know what software you are finding those numbers on. I follow things on Ameritrade but can't view like that. Thanks
