41/2 hours after dinner, my glucose was 83, so i just snacked on 3 conch fritters, but I would have eaten them even if my glucose was 160. Believe me, they tasted as good as they smelled.

Spiro doesn't want to be famous. He wants MNKD;s share price to be much higher than his A1C level, not much lower. I am sitting here with my glucose level at 82, three hours after dinner, totally convinced that Afrezza is the real deal. It's rather obvious that something extraordinary is happening. Spiro would appreciate it, if someone could explain how he has gotten to these favorable glucose levels so quickly. He thought it would take much longer. Spiro slipping in and out of the 3rd person. It is clear Afrezza is doing something serious to the glucose level going to his brain.

Aicc, you have to remember that there are 3 Spiro's, Smart, Stupid and Crazy. The Stupid Spiro keeps jumping out the ship. He needs his butt kicked. He is also the one that forced the other two Spiro's to eat Conch Fritters 45 minutes ago.

so my question to you is do you pull the conch out twisting to the right or to the left. I suppose that might be influence by which side of the hemisphere they are from or you are from.
Congratulations on your investment in your health!
Cheers!

So far, so good! I hope Spiro's experience as a T2 on Afrezza makes it to some Diabetic boards since we all know how good Afrezza is, but we (most of us) aren't the ones needing to take it. I also see a theme here...skepticism on how much better Afrezza can be vs current meds, astonishment on how well Afrezza controls their glucose numbers, then finally realization that Afrezza is the real deal and this psychological "weight" that is diabetes being lifted off them. And I think we will continue to hear Afrezza users say if insurance won't cover it they pay out of their own pocket. Fortunately, I think insurance companies will quickly get behind Afrezza once they see this saves them $$$.

If scripts are bad and stock drops to $5, there will also be the "banished Spiro". Off to Siberia...

Spiro is starting to rethink this banishment to Siberia. The winter has been so bad in Boston, that might be good enough for his wife. Also, Spiro might be able to buy Afrezza in Boston.

Why would spiro be exiled when he actually contributed and increased the script count? Just because liane might want to see him punished (it could be that she's jealous and wants the fritters) doesn't mean we should follow a "hell hath no fury..." mentality.

He'll be banished by his wife, not Liane or any if the moderators here. He'll still post here so long as he has Internet service and his fingers aren't frost bitten.

Just putting it out there for mannkind execs to think about as i'm sure they have their eye on this forum.

Maybe they would pay spiro's expenses to come to the meeting

Put the out-of-season Mallomars out there and spiro will probably show up at his own expense. After all, Danbury isn't far from Boston.
