I was one of the people that called on the Concierge at MGM on 9/7/15. First I called to the front desk to ask if Sanofi was going to be there this week and they said yes. I asked can you give me an approximate amount of people. He didn't really no so he transferred me to Conceirge where I spoke with Oscar. Nice guy. Oscar said yes there are about 1400- 1500 EXPECTED at the conference. I asked what the name of the conference/meeting was. Oscar said Sanofi Afrezza. I didn't even mention the name Afrezza. I don't think that he could have made the mistake from Aventis. He was reading from somewhere. What it means I have no clue.. but that is the facts.

Was there a Sanofi Breakthrough (1.0) conference before? Or any equivalent under a different name?
What exactly was the title for the February launch meeting in Vegas?

I still see no actual proof this conference is about Afrezza. I see nothing here that indicates afrezza anywhere. Anyone else? Thoughts? I spoke to Matt last week, and he confirmed that SNY was having training in Vegas this week. He is currently in Europe at the EASD. Will be back on the 25th. It is my understanding that the SNY reps that call on GP's will be having their own training soon. I believe that David Kliff was spreading FUD claiming that 2/3 of the reps that were training this week were being asked not to attend. SNY made a decision to have the GP reps, the 2/3 in question have training at their own meeting, since they already had a meeting coming up. Shouldnt he be working on the debt resolution ? EASD would be more appropriate for clinical side management may be the CMO? |

oh Mann - why was this posted in the first place - now bears can dismiss whole event!
IMHO Kind of like what Ted Cruz did to/for the Tea Party - add one wacky element and ruin the whole batch! *sigh*
