I still see no actual proof this conference is about Afrezza. I see nothing here that indicates afrezza anywhere. Anyone else? Thoughts?

Many people called the MGM concierge over the last couple of days & have confirmed that it was called Sanofi Afrezza. But I believe Sanofi is trying to keep it under the radar as much as possible. Attachment Deleted |

I spoke to Matt last week, and he confirmed that SNY was having training in Vegas this week. He is currently in Europe at the EASD. Will be back on the 25th. It is my understanding that the SNY reps that call on GP's will be having their own training soon. I believe that David Kliff was spreading FUD claiming that 2/3 of the reps that were training this week were being asked not to attend. SNY made a decision to have the GP reps, the 2/3 in question have training at their own meeting, since they already had a meeting coming up. |

I am really skeptical that this is a conference that is solely dedicated to Afrezza. Afrezza maybe part of it, but that is all.
At this stage, why being so secretive? Announcing it and have a good PR would show the confidence, and doctor's would be more willing to follow and move fast instead of waiting.
The more commitment from SNY the sooner the doctors will start prescription!

I sure hope everyone is right about this. But you can understand my skepticism as everything positive is just hearsay and no concrete proof other than 'Breakthrough 2.0'... which could mean any number of things. If Sanofi is actually keeping this under the radar on purpose, then this would be very good news, because that would at least imply that they have been keeping other things under the radar as well (again, a stretch with no real proof, but at least we might now have a straw to grasp at).

I confirmed w/a friend who works for SNY and is attending that it is for Afrezza.
It is NOT what YMB claims it to be (ie 3500 plus people from all over the world and Toujeo reps etc). It is only Afrezza reps.
The conf was actually downsized from the original plan. The regional and district managers are not in attendance.
I will have a full report next week as to what his thoughts were, what the brand marketing people presented, future strategies etc.
He doesn't follow the stock MNKD. He has been w/SNY for 10 years. He only knows what he sees in the field.
The results are great on a patient level but to get a patient to pay for the test (Spirometry) is a challenge.
Another challenge is when "corporate people" descend from the ivory tower to detail in the field, he often has to clean up the mess as the corporate people/management say things to his doctors like, "you are not giving the patients the highest quality care and solutions if you are not recommending Afrezza".
As an investor (VERY LONG) I too try to read between the lines and find the most concrete facts that will better help me in my position. Trust me that any positives I get (w/out being repetitive will be shared). GLTA

Can't help but think it's low dose tuojeo plus prandial Afrezza or something remotely similar.... stay strong |

Finally I stopped by the Office Center and made up a story about looking for a friend who may have swung by from Sanofi. She confirmed that they had been there all week making copies of things that they were short on or received last minute to hand out to their teams. ( I know, I should have worked in counter-intelligence).

This plan involves a lot of secrecy so that very powerful competitors are not able to fully understand that plan. The downside is that Mnkd stock gets the crap kicked out of it while we wait. |

Agree about the secrecy. French was my second language in college and no regrets. You want personality, you go with that kind of language (oft spoken mots, secrete and intelligente ).. they know how to survive and prosper amongst hostile forces
