A journalist would check his sources and not simply repeat a 'poorly translated source'. Especially so about such an important story. This is simply market manipulation and should obviously ne prosecuted. JPG, nobody remotely observant in this board can refute that manipulation is rampant. There is no doubt that this is highly immoral, but the real problem is that, even if illegal, which would have to be proved, it is working. Slowly and painfully and with no signs of abating. I feel I am in a privilege position really, I have no intention of selling, even if I have the occasional bad day, because I do not need this money to live in the short or long term, of course I rather not lose it, but I intend to see this through one way or another. However, I do think that Mannkind has been mostly reacting to events, which means it has been played by the shorts at every step of the way. Unless they find a way to change this, the pain will continue dragging almost indefinitely.

I'm not sure what his religion is but even if he is Jewish, I wouldn't make the assumption that he can read Hebrew fluently. Most Jewish men only learned enough Hebrew to read a passage from the Tora out load at a bar mitzvah. Not being fluent doesn't excuse him either. He should be knowledgeable enough to know that he isn't fluent enough to breed a panic with a badly translated tweet. I'm workin on my SEC complaint right now.

We should come up with a format or an identical letter that everyone can refer to and easily send through a complaint. I know many don't have the time to write an extensive account of what has happened.

Yes, a standard format for all to use would be great!

AF, being an ahole, only knows how to read, speak and write aholese. Is it no wonder so many dislikes the guy with a deep passion?

What is supposed to happen is that he gets called into the bosses office and becomes unemployed because the reputation of the organization he works for is harmed. By all accounts it appears this hasn't happened because there is a hidden interest at stake. It is no longer just about Adam, but now Jim Cramer, Elisabeth DeMarse, and Janet Guyon that need to do something. As a bona-fide media personality and the company supporting the individual, iussuing news based upon inuendo, rumor, and unconfirmed sources can only serve to incite. Whether you think a piece of information may be true or not, it is imperative that the reporter keep it confidential until it can be reasonably verified. It is certainly a situation of liable, the company and affected investors have grounds to sue. This behavior has to stop.

AF is a crook...granted.
But, MannKind leaves itself open to these kind of attacks.
The listing is extremely questionable (crooked?) and probably shouldn't have happened. It's essentially forcing people to buy stock in a company that has minimal interests in Israel. IPO's by there very nature are risky, but they are the correct way to raise money. This listing skates around normal process forcing added risk to people's portfolio that are many times risk adverse.
I don't think the listing would have gone through without putting Al's credibility and legacy on the line.
The people that are allowing this to go through are getting pummeled. I think "they" have information not available to the public or investors. If I'm right, MannKind needs to step up and state their intentions in Israel, whether it be the location for an office, Clinical Trials location, or some kind of R&D collaboration with the University.
If the only interest MannKind has in Israel the listing is the listing itself, it never should have happened.

You do, of course, know that stock manipulation is Cramer's stock in trade and he brags about it on a video which others may have a link to. He is probably hi-fiveing AF in the office. How do we take them all down?

conspiring? misleading? defrauding? AF PREPARING FOR PRISON SENTENCE? No, sadly Adam will be granted access to the same high priced D lawyers that all the corrupt Wall Street Short goons use. He'll probably just get some community service where he has to pick up the papers from the NYSE trading floor.
