I mean at what point are the proper authorities going to step in. We now have an ex-Hedge Fund slimeball who is also a CEO of a Bio-Tech and now and has in the past been manipulating stocks. Guy is literally doing what he wants and nobody is doing anything about it.

If we all start begging to increase our portfolios, many will start wondering what this is all about. When they see the product and potential, not only will they fund you and I, but they will buy a bunch of their own. $16 overnight! |

You would have done that to... rumor that he is gonna do reverse merger of Turing to save all financial expenses...if its illegal, he would have been called on by now |

Makes me wonder what would happen if Haken, Matt or Al stepped up and bought another couple of million shares and disclosed it. I know it wouldn't have the same effect as it did on KBIO but it would be a good sign of confidence in my opinion. All that being said it's also possible with the inside info they do know they couldn't purchase shares.

Then Carl ichan is doing manipulation illegally by buying into Netflix and Apple and old Buffett manipulating ...I didnt know.. its a 4million float company - and hedgies/HFT bidding up ..all legally as they say with in terms of SEC... As long as over 100 million shares are being lent to the shorts (and many who read this board are getting monthly paychecks for just that), we'll continue to see manipulation, hit pieces, and general malaise among most retail holders. This is not the market of 10 or 20 years ago, give the hedgies a little rope and they'll hang everyone. Everyone. And that's why they are so hated and mostly failing right now. |
