mssciguy - Thanks for posting! In my opinion this WebMD article is a MASSIVE shift in sentiment. The fact that Afrezza is the first answer/bullet point on the title page "what type of insulin is best for my diabetes" is MONUMENTAL. WebMD has a gigantic presence. Here's hoping diabetics get the chance they deserve with MannKind's device and a normal life. Take that Sanofi the sandbagger. Anyone know when this article was published?

Does my memory serve, but wasn't there some fiasco around WebMD and Afrezza a while back? There were early users commenting and they wiped out the comments under the premise that they were fraudulent or something?
Or am I getting Affrezheimers?

Guys, you have to know that the ads you see are based on your browsing history. So if one is looking at online ads for Cialis or Viagra (ED is common among diabetics) one may get a pop up (no pun intended) for Toujeo or hopefully Afrezza. |

Guys, you have to know that the ads you see are based on your browsing history. So if one is looking at online ads for Cialis or Viagra (ED is common among diabetics) one may get a pop up (no pun intended) for Toujeo or hopefully Afrezza. In the digital marketing industry it's called retargeting. You can set the triggering criteria based on whether the recipient used certain keywords in searches or visited specific websites. There are often multiple advertisers competing to show you ads so the combinations can seem odd but overall the system is pretty efficient and effective. As far as I can see Sanofi is not using this tool with Afrezza, either because it's part of their deliberate rollout or because they are prioritizing Toujeo. If anyone sees an Afrezza ad spontaneously appear on a website they are viewing please let us know. It will be a significant step forward in Sanofi's marketing plan. |

I keep wondering if tchnosphere would work with viag/cial/levit? Speedy? leaves system soon after, etc.Could be a revenue booster as well as other things.  |

I don't know if it's a good idea to bring all this attention to WebMD again. Things have a way of disappearing under bright lights at that website, especially when you consider who the site it belongs to... hint: it's not Sanofi.
