Cost Mannkind two years, $500,000,000, half of employees lost jobs, cancer projects canceled, investors suffered massive dilution and stock price tanked. Other than this it was harmless - WTF, how can a guy like this get away without paying a price?

Of course they could. But will they? No they won't. Mannkind management runs a secret society business model where investors are kept in complete darkness where the foundation is built on "hope" and "fingers crossed".

Perhaps had the investors not sued them for discussing prospects, they might be more communicative now. Rather, the shareholders cost OURSELVES money. Now we complain they won't talk to us?

Hmmm....I always thought the say was "You can't get BLOOD out of a rock". Now, water? There may be water in rocks. Perhaps we CAN get water from a rock. There is hope.

Here it's blood from a stone. The water from a rock might be a reference to the story in Exodus where Moses strikes a rock with his staff and releases a stream of water. There are calcified rocks in the Sinai that have springs with a thin layer of "rock" that if you punch through will reveal the water running below.

They should try as it would be great publicity for MNKD

Could? Yes. Would they now when they didn't when they could have back in 2011? No. There is no basis to sue him. Contacting the FDA isn't illegal.

The person responsible for MannKind's woes is Margaret Hamburg, she lead an agency that allowed Wall Street to influence decisions.

There is def a paper trail through email and text of Martins affairs. If he thought he was this untouchable I have to imagine this case is going to open up into a lot of other areas.

As his "house of cards" implodes why not jump on the pile. He no doubt caused much harm to Mannkind and us investors.

I would think that Mannkind has more important things to focus on than Shkreli right now.

A detailed Federal investigation into Shrek's communications prior to and after the second CRL may expose many bigger corrupt souls/foes behind the scenes. I dont think he acted alone.
Would not be surprised if there was a connection with Jim Cramer, the Street, and/or some of his employed cronies, during that time frame.

What if he breaks down and tells all? It's happened before, remember the GSCO whisteblower who told all when resigning? (Likewise the retiring SEC official who publicly admitted at his retirement party that the SEC bosses go easy on Wall Street enforcement for fear of damaging future employment prospects?)
Martin loves attention. Maybe this is his chance to go from hated, to pitied, product of a corrupt, greedy machine with no real well defined boundaries between parts of the govt and Wall Street. That is unarguably the case with SEC and GSCO but it seems that FDA had at least one corrupt employee at about that time (who made multiple trades based on internal knowledge of FDA decisions). Who knows maybe it goes all the way to the top? We don't know, but Martin might.
Here's your chance kid, fess up, save face and you could still have a bright future. Maybe we'll even put you in the Witness Protection Program... new name, new face, new identity....
.............okay getting carried away now....................................
