I heard many people believe DD has quit his position after receiving news of Sanofi departure. I was asked to email Matt and have them update their website as proof that he will still be with MannKind. Since it is late Friday evening, I called, unfortunately he is not in but the receptionist instructed to read the press release regarding JPM. In the release, it states both Matt and DD will be attending the conference.
In addition, Matt will be traveling next week. I will email Matt expressing everyone's concern that the website has not been updated.

His answer was he has not been able to sit down for photo yet and he expects him to be there at the JPM conference. Anyone ever heard of a cell phone pic or maybe a stronger delivery like DSuane will def be there ready to take this head on. These guys have no testicles. I hope duane is different. Now it I know its Netflix and you cont compare the two but did anyone here his speech yesterday. The guy light the room on fire.

We don't even need a pic. He is not listed as the CEO. Al is. Its stuff like this that causes people to bash on Twitter. They are saying the press release stating that he and Matt will be at the JP Morgan CC is dated before SNY dumped us.

Matt and DD have tremendous issues that require their immediate attention. I would prefer them deal with insurance and partnership issues instead of updating their website with photos.
It has been a stressful week, month and year, how about putting the BK supposition on ice until there is data to support such claims.

Is this just like how you said there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY SNY would punt us???
If he's the CEO they need to update their information pages - absolutely ridiculous that they provide this little clarity.

According to so many posters, the break-up is the best thing to happen since the slicing of bread!

I am not expecting either Matt or DD to personally update the website. I guess I expected they hired a web person to do that.

The company is getting slaughtered and they can't update their website with accurate CEO information? Really???
A few possible explanations for this lack of website update:
1. They are just clueless and don't know 'little things' like having the wrong CEO listed on their website is confusing and does them harm. Possible?
or
2. They don't have the HR 'talent' to update their website. Less likely?
or
3. Al Mann still is the CEO and the January 5th start date for their new guy isn't working out since Sanofi walked. Highly possible?
Which one is better from an investment point of view? Under which scenario would you invest? Before anyone calls me a basher who can argue with these simple possibilities?

All possibilities but if DD did not take the position, it would have been reported the next day.

I suspect that the "web person" was among them.

There should be no need for a web developer. Modern websites are built on content management frameworks that allow content (even menus and new pages based on templates) to be added with editing tools as simple as this message board. There is no excuse for not keeping the website up to date.

I'll have to go with one because I've just been reminded by a friend that many times Matt has had to be reminded to up date the website.
