It's been 8 months and still no idea RLS is...Just saying. When this story unfolds we will be able to tell a lot about MNKD management. They have laughed at the notion that some people think its a fake company. I don't have an opinion either way about RLS.

• PEPTIDES HAVING ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PROPERTIESType: Application Filed: October 13, 2015 Publication date: April 14, 2016 Inventors: Jesse M. Jaynes, Henry W. Lopez, George R. Martin, Clayton Yates, Charles E. Garvin patents.justia.com/patent/20160101150• George R. Martin — Co-Founder of TechnoVax, Inc. What is interesting is this patent was filed just 5 days after the patent application INHALABLE VACCINE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS was published which included Andrea Leone-Bay AND George R. Martin. • PEPTIDES HAVING ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PROPERTIES— “In another aspect, the invention provides methods of treating a subject by administering to the subject a composition (e.g., a pharmaceutical composition) comprising an anti-inflammatory polypeptide. In certain embodiments, the subject is an animal, such as a mammal (e.g., a human). In certain embodiments, the subject has elevated levels of inflammatory cytokines, is suffering from a chronic inflammatory condition, or is likely to develop a chronic inflammatory condition. In certain embodiments, the chronic inflammatory condition can be irritable bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, colitis, Crohn's disease, fibrosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, keratitis, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, an auto-immune disease, a feline or human immunodeficiency virus (FIV or HIV) infection, or cancer. In certain embodiments, the cancer is colon cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, testicular cancer, cervical cancer, bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, kidney cancer, melanoma, or a cancer of the thyroid or brain. In certain embodiments, the composition is administered in combination with a chemotherapeutic agent, immunotherapeutic agent, and/or radiation therapy.” — “ The invention also provides a method of treating or preventing a condition associated with chronic inflammation. The condition associated with chronic inflammation can be irritable bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, colitis, Crohn's disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, keratitis, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, auto-immune diseases, a feline or human immunodeficiency virus (FIV or HIV) infection, cancer, age-related inflammation and/or stem cell dysfunction (e.g., age-related increases in Nlrp3 expression, age-related elevation of SOCS3 in muscle stem cells, etc.), graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), keloids, scleroderma, obesity, diabetes, diabetic wounds, other chronic wounds, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, macular degeneration, gout, gastric ulcers, gastritis, mucositis, toxoplasmosis, and chronic viral or microbial infections (e.g., such as chronic bacterial or protozoan infections). The methods includes administering an anti-inflammatory polypeptide of the invention (or, for example, a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-inflammatory polypeptide) to a subject suffering from or likely to develop the condition.” — “ The administration of the anti-inflammatory polypeptides (or pharmaceutical compositions comprising such polypeptides) in conjunction with any of the foregoing methods can be performed intravenously, intraperitoneally, parenteral, orthotopically, subcutaneously, topically, nasally, orally, sublingually, intraocularly, by means of an implantable depot, using nanoparticle-based delivery systems, microneedle patch, microspheres, beads, osmotic or mechanical pumps, and/or other mechanical means.” I think I should once again point out that TechnoVax's and MannKind's Partnership Statements on their websites are completely identical except for one word.

We can offically confirm that at least one former MannKind employee is working with a company developing drug(s) that target cannabinoid receptors. Perhaps some of you will be familiar with this name or have seen it while looking at MannKind patents. • Bryan R. Wilson—Worked for MannKind for over 17 years —Has been involved with numerous MannKind patents —Began working for Cara Therapeutics, Inc in March 2016 • Cara Therapeutics, Inc—"The main naturally occurring ligands for this system, anandamide and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), activate a number of cannabinoid receptors, including CB1 and CB2 receptors. Like opioid receptors, CB1 and CB2 receptors are members of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. CB1 receptors and associated ligands are mainly localized in the brain whereas CB2 receptors are found mainly in peripheral tissues, particularly immune cells such as leukocytes and mast cells, which have been shown to be involved in pain and inflammatory responses. Cara is developing lead molecules that selectively modulate peripheral CB receptors without targeting CNS cannabinoid receptors. Peripheral CB receptor modulators will be initially developed as a novel therapeutic approach for neuropathic pain, a condition currently without consistently effective therapies. Cara's most advanced CB compound, CR701, is in preclinical development." Website: www.caratherapeutics.com/index.shtmlSee : mnkd.proboards.com/thread/6167/all-doubt

I believe that Ron passed away a few years ago. He bought a home together with Traci out on the Sound but I don't think they were ever married. Traci was mentioned in the obituary.

I remember deciding not to post much of this information last year because it seemed a bit personal. Good digging, mango. I had only found the original home purchase. I even had the VIN of Traci's Mercedes. It's amazing what info you can get off the internet. I never found any smoking guns, though.

No diggin involved. This was one of the first things I found several months ago when I searched the address. Just copy and paste the address into the search bar and it's in the first page of hits. That particular site I referenced has an occurance of her last name spelt Carmen instead of Carman. Not surprised. Of course, there are other sites with the correct spelling, but I was in a rush and I am actually suprised the usual suspects have not tried to claim they are different people because of it. 🙄

Will we ever learn anything about this company? It has been almost a year. What gives? It is becoming frustrating.

No.
Until we get cash from them there is nothing to see here.
Alternatively, until they emerge from 'stealth mode' and mention MannKind there is nothing to see here.
We shouldn't be 'frustrated' with RLS, they are relevant to MannKinds future (at the moment).

Until there is a press release about a RECEIPT of cash people shouldn't waste their time asking about it. Remember MNKD signed licensing deals with Tolero and Colby which never amounted to anything.
