I agree with most of the above comments that pc was too short and not a lot of in-depth questions asked and no hit pc issues addressed. However, here's what I liked about today's Fox pc. First regarding the pc itself while this may be a very small note, Al did reference the "market manipulation" as someone mentioned above. That by itself is actually a very telling stmt in that it implies nothing wrong with underlying science and fall in price due to non issue oriented matters. Second beyond the pc itself it represents mnkds initial attempt to speak back to the shorts and writers of the hit pcs. Probably a last minute request given last weeks events and remember Fox (I was a Network TV Lawyer for many years) sets the format and the questions to a big degree as it is news (which has very specific guidelines for content) even if it is Fox... 
Also note the George Rhio article that also came out today. So there may be a more organized effort on mnkd's part to push back a bit even though this is really noise and a distraction to their core mission. Now for the rest of the story.... I spoke with Matt P last Thursday and he is not concerned with all of this "noise" however he did say that they got a lot of calls and so there is now an internal discussion about how to respond in some fashion. However, remember this is a distraction to their main business and also anything they say needs to be scrutinized by lawyers (perhaps another reason not too much info on Fox today.) Also pros and cons to any response approach they come up with. Want to stay out of the frey in my humble opinion and just get to the finish line. I was not around for last crl as got involved shortly after it came out... But this company has had an uphill battle for many years and so given it's history this has not bothered me too much I just see the hit pcs etc as more of the same only now it seems the we are closer to the light at the end of the tunnel. As for Al, I thought he was fine given that the Fox appearance means nothing at the end of the day... and Gd Bless him, I am riding on his coattails... I respect everyone's opinions, just wanted to add my two cents... (Oops... I pressed my own like button by accident...
