Per a tweet on Stock Twits - Al Mann to be interviewed today at 10:50 AM ET. The Fox site doesn't give a time (that I can find yet). The whole Varney show runs 9:20 - 11:00 AM ET. So I'll probably keep it on the whole time just to be sure I don't miss it. www.foxbusiness.com/on-air/varney-co/index.html

I will record entire show plus the one following (just to be sure).
BTW - Noticed your Gordon Lightfoot reference. Isn't it great to see folk music making such a strong comeback?

The teaser before the segment ended with Al on the screen and a song with lyrics "What a man, what a man, what a man" playing, lol
(and then the PPS spiked!)

I've seen him 3 times - last time ~ 6 or 7 years ago. His voice is getting a bit thin, but I still love the music and all the memories it brings up.

I just watched it. It was fine, but really nothing too exciting. Al said that the people who doubt and are crazy and that it works. Curing the diabetes epidemic is what drives him. In my opinion and as much as I like him, they need a new spokesman who can really promote the company, the drug and the technology behind it. Have Al with that person but he is getting old and getting to the point with excitement is necessary. I respect what he has done in his life and career but someone new is needed.

The interviewer's questions also were not that good.

I dunno, I kinda liked his spunk for an old guy, lol. This is the first time I've ever seen other than a photo of him. And the format really didn't allow for getting into much detail about anything. Al brushed off as "crazy" anyone who said Afrezza doesn't work, and he also made the comment that the stock is very manipulated, which, coming from The Mann, I think might carry some weight with shareholders...providing a bit more incentive to stay the course. Remember that most viewers don't know the man and the company the way the average board member here would, so keeping it simple on a show like that has its advantages.

No, the questions were very bad. Nothing there to really make the case as to why "Afrezza" and its advantages. I also like the fact that he was not on cnbc. Cramer has not treated him well in the past and I can only see bad things going on there. Wait for approval then do the big tour. It will by us little to be on cnbc now. Maybe a quick pop but then the short attack.
