So why is Mannkind having the conference call on Feb 3rd? Matt Mentioned this conference call at the JPM healthcare conference. paraphrasing, "We will hold a conference call between the jpm healthcare conference and the quarterly earnings call."
(throw into the mix the Reuters news leak article?)

To keep our interest and support with 'action' the stock price maybe?

Hopefully to update the Diabetes Care Centers rollout. The critical issue that gets lost is the cost to MannKind; $0. A group of private investors will be funding the clinics. With hundreds planned during 2017 - 2018, I believe this is the most important issue surrounding Afrezza.

I thought there was a comment about rolling it out to a wide geography, but without any specifics of whether it would be a handful in big cities vs "hundreds". That would be encouraging if it was actually said that "hundreds" are planned, though I would think I'd remember it.

Rapidly scalable for multiple locations within existing urgent care centers in 2016, with hundreds nationwide in 2017 – 2018 (Source: MannKind 2.0 JPM Healthcare Conference)

Thanks. Apologies for asking. I guess I have become so shell shocked my mind has started eradicating anything that seems hopeful regarding MNKD. My bad. That will be very nice to hear more about. If there is real investment money behind it and there are good early results, I would think it could impact share price even before significant script numbers appear. Hopefully they are tapping into some new reimbursement model that overcomes the situation that someone else posted an article about diabetes clinics shutting down from lack of reimbursement. Hopefully... it's about time.

Illusions, that this insulin would be seen as an incredible alternative in glucose control, became moored to the potential change to the business it involved. The proof in front of everyone's eyeballs provided by the few with the financial ability to show us on their monitoring devices. So much money floating around this world looking for a home, where it can be put to good use and grow. This situation has in it many rabbits that can be pulled out of a hat because the hat includes all the patents.

While the focus seems to be on potential BK, we should focus on the potential market opportunities that the clinics can create for Afrezza. Time to start thinking positively and not on the past.

Maybe Matt will announce that they found a new CEO? HA! I am actually mad that they picked Feb 3rd. That's the first day for high school football recruits to send in their Letter's of Intent and his conference call is going to interfere with me keeping track of who goes where in college football.

Split your screen. Window #1 for MNKD CC, with sound on, window #2 with letters of commitment rolling up. It's all good!

I have seen all the BK speculation, but I have yet to see any insiders dropping/selling their stock positions. I don't know what is going on, but I sure hope it is not BK or reverse merger.
