No way. Matt declared they did strong DD on the company and result was sure assuring. If it was Your case, Matt would not answer like He did. Why not? What he said can legally be defended in any of these scenarios. If you think for one minute that Matt is telling you the whole story here, you haven't been paying attention the past 6 months. He's been spinning the story hard at least since August to buy time, but unfortunately they weren't able to ever get ahead of the problems. I really thought they would, but with Sanofi pulling out that is looking unlikely.

I agree! Really think Matt is making a strong face for Mnkd. Good to hear an encouraging word. His last two conferences have been very positive for us who continue to hold faith in a great product and technology whose time will come. Patience is the key for long term investors. This is not a board for day traders. I come here with others who have done DD and look for any new and thought provoking posts. Thanks to all who continue to post progressively.

Matt also said Sanofi was not promoting Afrezza in its conference calls and investor conferences because it "was too small to be mentioned" per Sanofi corporate policy. He said this to me on the phone I asked. I foolishly believed him.
