Would be nice but what you suggest is illegal. You can't hire people because they specifically fit a medical criteria. On the other hand you can hire prescription (and non-prescription) drug users to appear in TV commercials...where is the dividing line? Actually, you can, but it would be unwise to say so, just like asking someone's age. Of course, it would be hard to prove as the reason if some just happened to be hired for their qualifications without discrimination towards their medical conditions and/or disabilities. Did you see what I did there? Don't be naive. Do you believe that the SEC is making sure to stop illegal activities in the market? It's a "best effort", but that's hard to prove, too. A social contract is a fragile thing for a hypocrisy... |

Excuse my naivety, but how are all these new positions being funded? Did I miss something on this? Just wondering where the cash is coming from. Was it the Shelf Registration or some other vehicle? Btw, I'm all for this and excited about the possibilities of where this can take Afrezza. Mahalo.

My guess is that MNKD has enough money to get to Independence Day. By the 4th of July, at least the divorce will be finalized DEAL or NO DEAL. Then, the aliens come so who cares anyway?
