ok . All I wanted to know is , a pharmacy computer can check inventory levels at their distributor. WS puts a fancy term for this - Supply chain channel check. Can we not have that advantage? Would it not depend on the particular pharmacy chain as to whether or not they have good supply chain management? Walmart for example has been known for excellent supply chain management to provide their stores with just-in-time inventory. I believe the way it generally works is that as itmes are sold a particular store's inventory is relayed back to their distributor for shipping purposes. Are you asking if MNKD's distribution channel can be integrated into particular pharmacy chains' supply chain management systems so that MNKD would automatically ship Afrezza wirhout having to receive an order from the pharmacies' distributors?

You are forgetting to consider the wholesale pharmacy brokers-----McKesson, Cardinal, etc etc etc------they are "the middlemen"------there are around 5-6 major pharmaceutical wholesalers in the country---this has been mentioned specifically by others in better posts ----

This thread is the perfect example of what happens here when somebody starts a discussion about a specific topic. Chaos. I have been following this board for 2 years and all we have is $1 to show for all this brilliance... I am not being sarcastic about the brilliance part. This country needs a change, a new change... where words are not just thrown around but are followed up with solid action, which brings results. We also desperately need Afrezza to sell. Take it away, Mike!

The intended subject matter on this thread is MNKD's supply chain management. Your post is completely off topic and adding to the chaos you speak of. But you are correct, this country needs a change. Now back to MNKD's supply management discussion, hopefully.

How does MNKD's supply chain work? I presume all orders from pharmacies must be routed through a distributor like Cardinal. Would Cardinal just store it and then ship to pharmacies as ordered? Would Cardinal actually buy it and pay MNKD or pay only when they themselves get paid for orders?

Take it away, Mike! Wrong. This thread is an example of when a member is trying to use this site to talk to someone to get information not presented to the public regarding Afrezza. And then isn't honest about it until push comes to shove, Quote, "ok . All I wanted to know is , a pharmacy computer can check inventory levels at their distributor. Try to keep up, oh buyitonsale. Perhaps who you are angry at is yourself.

Any one? Isn't there some one? Why keep to yourself on the trends? Sorry, all the pharmacists I know work in Europe. Ask me again in one year's time ;-)

Oh peppy.. I just happen to think through this and perhaps have a better IQ .. But that didn't help in my MNKD investment...all information is public depending on where you stand .. There are 1000's of pharmacy terminals. It's not like there is 1 central one vaulted and I have to engage the Mi2. Do u think WS waits for Bloomberg to post IMS numbers? Even if I was a pharmacist, unless I have millions lying around in 50's or 100's it wouldn't be an advantage and we all know people in here are retail small fish and may be have less than million shares and not even make s dent, For all the end less discussion that goes on here, thank me for throwing something out there
