I apologize if what I'm sharing is coming across as bashing. Like many of us who have always held out "Hope" that the tide would turn in our direction it appears management is "hoping" that sales will pick up. A good college try is not going to cut it...they need to cut losses and if truly looking to get Afrezza to market for the good of mankind then sell it (or at least Al Mann's stake) cheap to someone with some muscle and might and some cash to continue operations for a few more years. An accountant and a pharmacist can't compete with wallsteet and are clueless regarding funding strategies to grow a biotech co.

for instance your post could have been, next conference call and give the date of the year ago call.
so you invest and can not figure out the possible conference call dates?

Probably not, the script sales count is pretty transparent. I end up checking the script count every friday as the best possible source of good news. As many people more knowledgeable than me have said on this board: All that matters is getting the script count up before the cash runs out.

Script news is the only news. 3 months ago you saw the long list from investors that would send the stock price flying. Sanofi settlement, RLS payment, yada yada yada

The conference call follows the earnings release, and the 10K for an accelerated filer is due 75 days after year end. For a calendar year company, that means March 16 this year. However, since all companies are scrambling to file their 10K at the same time, and the contents have to be reviewed by the auditor and the outside law firm, everybody tends to cross the finish line together; if the numbers do come early they will only be early by a few days.
Note that large accelerated filers had to report by March 1 so most big companies have already filed, and small non-accelerated filers have until March 31.

I don't know how Matt will be able to show his face at the next shareholders meeting. After all the B.S. about "embarrassment of riches", "epic turn around", "r/s from a position of strength" blah, blah blah, no one will believe anything he has to say. He should think about all the lives he affected by his missteps. I lost well over $100K because I chose to believe in this life changing product and I'm just the average Joe living down the street. Hakan has a stake in this too. What a huge life mistake this was.
