Coming back down now.
Still at a nice pop today but I'm suspect of a sudden move up on no news. It doesn't seem right.
Perhaps Wall Street got wind of something positive coming out today. We'll see.

Mannkind really needs to come prepared with some material news after market close today... a timely material release could send this back over $5 ($1 pre-split) where it belongs.

Personally, I am not getting overly excited. I have seen this many times in the past and all but twice I was disappointed. That being said, there are three things in the rumor mix and any one of them or combination can make this fly. !. Widely being reported that people are receiving 3 months worth of scripts. So reported script number could be off by a factor approaching 3X. 2. I have heard no confirmation or denial of the cargo shipment. It may have legs. Perhaps other international deals have been struck. 3. Amgen? Did someone take a 5% stake over the last few days? If MNKD can show they have extended the financial runway in any way by any the above or other means this stock should be 10/share on the intellectual property rights alone. |

You have to be on an entirely different drug (than Afrezza) to appreciate poetry... Sean, Virgil was a great story teller, so many universal truths! It came to mind this morning as the stock was soaring without public news. So other than the Greek and Roman epics (and, of course, The Rime of the Ancient Mariner to which I enjoy alluding, as in "who has the albatross round his neck"), I pretty much agree with your point about poetry! |

Personally, I am not getting overly excited.... I can't let myself get excited anymore. The way I look at it this pop is a sliver of what I need overall. We need concrete long-term affecting news... |
