Thought I'd start a thread to see who's seeing the Afrezza TV commercial, when they are seeing it and in what markets. I've seen posts elsewhere that it's been seen in SanDiego, Nashville and Atlanta - Just thought that since DTC is FINALLY occurring maybe a thread to coordinate all of the "sightings" would be fun -

Well I don't know about TV ads. I don't watch much TV and ignore most ads, especially for medicines (like Impeachara? google it at your own risk).
But along with a few Afrezza inhaler stickers (thanks OWG) I left an empty Afrezza box in the waiting room of my kid's endocrinology department (major HMO Hospital) right next to all the other promotional materials. That was last Thursday. Wondering how long it will stay there until someone realizes it was guerilla advertising...?

My Mother (85 years old) was watching TV in St. Louis on Saturday Morning and said she saw one on the local CBS affiliate KMOV-TV . The ad was at 7:56 AM.
I happened to be at their house but did not see the ad. I didn't think that STL was a city purchased. but it could have been a CBS type filler spot. |

Business partner saw one this am. in Vegas on ch. 13 (ABC affiliate) believes it was during Good Morning America, came up in conversation when discussing my upcoming check-up...he remembered the commercial pretty well and brought it up to me.

Somebody on StockTwits reported seeing the commercial in Rochester, NY. He said he's seen it twice around 6:45 PM on the Fox affiliate during reruns of Modern Family.

off the phone with a buddy in Alanta who told me he has seen two Afrezza commercials so far... no mention of what was on the air at the time.. he said he caught the tail end seeing the word Afrezza along with those vivid colors.

Not to copy KC but my mother (96 years old) also saw the commercial around 3pm today in Ohio.
She said that she was so excited, she was going to call me at work, but waited until this evening.
She too has owned MNKD for about 8 painful years, based on my endorsement.
So happy to finally see this advertising campaign!
She was thrilled!

I am definitely watching too much tv. Just saw the afrezza commercial for the 3rd time. Cnn 7:50am today (saturday).
I think it is a mistake to not show someone using the inhaler. They just show a hand holding the inhaler at the end. I'm in san diego.
