Spencer you missed three things.
1) The ATM has been in place for over two years and only now do you comment on it bc we moved it from FBR to Cantor so all of a sudden it’s new. We have always had this in place as m option and the company could have choose to use the ATM during this time to cause dilution and for the most part 99% of the ATM still exists during the last two years demonstrating our focus on minimizing dilution by only making choices at the right share price.
2) You exclude any cash generated from Afrezza sales, international deals, partnerships etc as I discussed yesterday if I want to assume your logic of cash on hand and ATM in the event anyone agrees with you.
3) I stated yesterday we expect to be fine with the Deerfield $25M threshold even if we didn’t raise equity.
In the end thank you for the summary, but lay out all the facts.

THE short position cannot get out without a lot of pain!! Chinese water torture for them with trickles of dilution that will get absorbed by new and existing strong longs  Btw, have my 90 day supply of Afrezza shipped on it's way to my doorstep, that's 540 cartridges...180 each of 4u,8u, & 12u....see ya CVS!! |

Do you actually see that on Mike's twitter page? I cannot find it. I think it may be that Nancy is viewing a comment made by SA member castagna2011 on SA earlier today: seekingalpha.com/article/4151933-mannkind-inks-atm-deal-means-cash-situationI'm just wondering if castagna2011 on SA really is MIke, as didn't Mike say a few weeks ago that he had never communicated directly with Spencer? Yet that user on SA has done so several times. Not saying the facts in the post are not true, but is that really Mike or someone pretending to be him. BTW, I just noticed Mike dissed VDEX on twitter a couple of days ago ("I don't hold much weight in the VDEX paper as it's not scientifically credible"). |

I think he was referring to an old Proboard member called Davinci who had a unicorn with a rainbow as his avatar. and if I recall the rainbow looked as if it was spewing out of the unicorn's rear, I always associated it with his talking out of his rear...which is probably one of the primary reasons that they are not a member anymore....like I said, from the response it certainly looks like a bitter individual for whatever reason, the way they were disrespectful to one that is far superior in intelligence and most likely education was typical of his ignorance and arrogance. |

I believe the international chart displayed in the CC showed Brazil as a partnership. I'm sure other locations will also be partnerships.
