Previous commercial spot is being aired. New schedule w more frequency and new channels in realigned markets to correspond with markets that show script growth from airing previous spots.

My two cents on this matter is that I am willing to wait until June to reflect on and measure progress between now and then to form an opinion about current matters.

My guess is that we will not see the unicorn of an epic short squeeze, unless an extraordinary event happens that comes totally unexpected such as a 30% buy-in by Lilly for example.
What I do think will happen over the course of the next 12 to 24 months is a few one off events such as Brazil, another molecule, etc that will bring some hope and possible one time funds associated with the event that will cause a few shorts to cover. I also expect that Afrezza will continue to slowly grow scripts and revenue and with the climb also see some shorts cover along the way.
However until there is a real trend of growth in revenue that proves consistent and sustainable the shorts will remain. The trend is our friend but imho also the shorts friend as it will give them plenty of notice and time to cover in an orderly fashion. Which I am ok with so long as they are gone for good!

It is my recollection that mnkd previously announced in a conference call they were looking into a collaboration with One Drop to create a monthly direct purchase plan for Afrezza similar to what One Drop does for bg test materials.

in most companies Corporate Communications and Press Relations are distinct and separate disciplines requiring different skill sets. This is not to say that a valid and robust communication strategy should not be part of a complete marketing strategy and plan.

I agree KC. This is where a good PR firm would be of tremendous help to mnkd in placing articles that state this where pwd will read it.

Mnkd can also say they have not yet recouped the bullions spent on R&D to develop and bring to market as have all the others.

Aged, I respect your response. I recently tested for Hba1c which cane in at 6.0. I am in fairly good shape and not overweight (too much). However, diabetes runs in my family as I have a brother who has been a T1 since age 8 and both my parents became T2’s later in life.
So knowing the above, I asked my pcp for a cgm script and afrezza. She told me instead to change my diet and exercise more. Need to stay away from dairy and carbs. Big problem for me as I love cheese and pasta etc... however I did as she wished, which I still have the discipline for, and am now at 5.8.
There will come a time when I do not care to restrict my diet so much and will push harder for the cgm and afrezza which I am actually tempted to do with a 5.8 because I like knowing my vitals. It’s why I wear an iWatch and take my blood pressure regularly.
But that may just be me...

Oddly enough I think Afrezza and a cgm connected to a smart phone make it easier to manage your diabetes. Though I am not diabetic I have a smart phone which I am on constantly as many are. Having an alarm setting for both high and low will help. Also due to the competitive nature of many people especially T1’s I know I think they will gladly spend the time managing their diabetes when it is so easy as to see thooer BG on their mobile smart phone and then just take a hit of afrezza. It becomes addictive... Witness: Sam, Eric, Gustavo, Laura, etc just mho...

We are likely right in the middle at $1.30. Plus .30 gets us to warrants price and minus .30 gets us to $1.00 the recent low excluding brief lapse to .98. So 50/50 until real news in my opinion. Now there is some talk that that this may be a good time for shorts to cover w no real negative news on the horizon for 18 months or so and the possibility of good news in next 12 months so that may create a slow uptrend in share price.

Think you are staying current approximate cash burn. However you forget increase in marketing costs w new and expanded campaign on television as well as increased research costs for new molecules.
However, Mike also mentioned renegotiating the amph agreement and if they chose to pay DF in stock again to preserve cash that would be good by me.
