This may be a little off topic, but this section of the board has really become all about MNKD stock and not just volume... Am I the only one that found the volume in May 15 $10 calls to be a little odd today - 250 contracts have traded with half the day to go. The price action has not been driven up, but it just seems like very neat, very measured buys (25 contracts at a time). Who ever it is, these trades have cost them almost nothing to put on, the commission charges were probably more than the premium, but it just seems like a strange bet. Boy I sure hope somebody knows something we all don't. I was looking at picking up some late May (28th expiry) contracts, the spreads were definitely out of whack, mainly because of the annual SH meeting most likely...I'm with you, hopefully THIS year somebody who knows somebody who knows something. I know this, I've been on A now for a fairly long time (over 3+ yrs.) with no contraindications, and controlled numbers... grateful to have gotten through my bout last year with covid and not having to have been admitted for any breathing/lung issues. 😉 |

I'm never really sure with MNKD but the chart sure says 10 in April. 11+ million more drops of water in the sponge...coupled with a market both stock and real estate awash with another 2 trillllion...I love the set up. Hopefully "facts" won't have to wait much longer...her 💎💎💎 hands have severe callouses. 😉 |

Geoman can do his wave analysis to see if that would be the end of this wave down...🤷♂️😉👍🏻 Adding: looks like we ran up right to the 20W (100 day) ma. Might have some technical selling (resistance) so tomorrow's close and next week should be telling. Relative to the XBI, MNKD outperformed today. |

Sorry, but saw the thread just now and it was locked but I had to respond as a multi-year user of the product.
Not sure what this person's deflected anger was all about but if I take him/her at face value they're 100% off the wall. I can't think of one reason anyone would not absolutely LOVE Afrezza. Yes I'm biased as a user but that's just it...I AM A GRATEFUL and VERY APPRECIATIVE USER.
If he couldn't sell this product, then by all means I for one am thrilled of the company's decision to send them down the road...and as my pop use to say "don't let the door slap you in the arse on the way out"
Pediatrics needs this more than one can imagine, and Sports, you were correct about the endo situation because mine who is a huge supporter of Afrezza, went for a long period of non office visits and just virtual ones.
BD, the individual most likely did their rant in continued posts because they were under some influence of something, as a disgruntled former employee that cannot accept their OWN failure and decided to deflect it in our neighborhood here 🤷♂️.
Again apologize for this separate thread but instead of eliminating it, just add it to the prematurely locked one as a personal user's rebuttal to the OP. Thank you 😉!!

Volume 6,133,695 $3.38. -0.2400 (-6.63%) At close: 4:00PM EST  A Monthly on the 4th day of trade. .png) On both charts it's glaring how overbought the stock got soaring up to 80 RSI, also experience has taught me when major mov avg crossovers take place after a long period of time there has been a strong trend change in place for a bit and at the point of crossover there is a moment where the sp has to correct, grab it's breath, and re-energize...this is taking place in a lot of areas right now MNKD included IMO. |

Charting MNKD share price. Looking at the MNKD weekly, I realize price has formed a new price triangle, a 6 dollar triangle. over 5 years. Break and hold of $6.35 targets $12.35. 62 million shares of MNKD traded in three trading days.  😍😍😍 I mentioned this in the INO thread, the biotech index funds XBI, and IBB...XBI especially has been hit hard since the 2nd week of Feb. down over 40 pts. off the highs as I write this. There's a lot of carnage from this corrective/rotation phase of the market. As Peter Lynch has said, "buy what you know and know what you own"...low to mid 3 area on MNKD is a pullback to the prior hard resistance area...my youngest is now a pharmacist and just last night was telling me of supply chain issues surrounding longer acting insulins (mostly SNY) due to inactive ingredient issues...but it reinforced my confidence in our onshore manufacturing capabilities...I am adding here. Also as an fyi, I am adding to my precious metals here with emphasis on KL in the mining, PSLV in the physical silver. Other thoughts on shares "on sale" today SENS, PVAM, NK. Also for those that are good with spec risk/reward NGD if you want to dip your toes in the sector 😉 |

My first guess is they are bringing in more top talent with stock options at a nice price.. I don't see this drop as a negative but more of an opportunity for those that know what's coming next in April.. I want to believe but I am so exhausted from owning this stock for as long as I have. Biotechs, it comes with the territory, those are the facts, 😉 |

This time IS different...I would definitely wait to see both who is involved with this placement and the terms. I say different because this time the company is dealing from strength not weakness BIG difference. Let me give a similar experience I had this past year. About a year ago I had some calls in CLDX when it was trading between $2-$3 and everyone was sour on mgmt. They announced a 150M mix shelf offering in Dec.'19. Cantor Fitzgerald was the firm handling the placement. There were bashers all along the way as the price started to move up...today it's trading at $27 area, there was an entity that took just under a 10% equity stake in the company, bottomline...don't jump to conclusions based on what has transpired in the past. JMHO 😉 Joey, it’s not a jump to a conclusion. Given what we’ve seen over the years, it’s hardly a baby step to get to the conclusion that the terms will suck. So if that's your conclusion you should be selling otherwise your holding dead weight and missing other "opportunities" correct? The only ones that should be long the stock at this point are staunch bulls, otherwise its fickle option players who would be hurt the most depending on how short term and rich a premium they paid to gamble. Again, the company is in far different position than previous offerings, I would be shocked if there wasn't more behind this placement and who it's with before making any rash decisions, that's all I was pointing out for some of those who may not think of two sides to everything.
