Something does not add up. If this is true, I will be greatly disappointed. It must be because of some regulatory/accounting/tax related arrangement set up by Mannkind. Notice all of these people had similar dispositions on the same dates. They can not have arranged by themselves that way. Notice also there was a note on the shares disposed: " Shares withheld to satisfy the tax liability incident to the vesting of previously reported restricted stock units." I do not know what this note means exactly, but I think the sale is arranged by Mannkind to comply with certain regulatory/accouting/tax requirements. |

We need to give Sam Finta a hand in his mission to compile a list of doctors who ALREADY prescribe Afrezza.There are many diabetics who HAVE heard of Afrezza but for one reason or other cant find a doctor willing to prescribe.If you know of a doctor who is willing to prescribe please get their name address and phone number to Sam Finta at afrezzauser dot com. Let's remain coolheaded. Think about it, if Afrezza has indeed been approved in Brazil, either Sanofi or Mannkind would have made an announcement. After all, Brazil has a population of 200 million.

This appears to be about Exubera. If you use google translation to translate the whole article, the last sentence is saying sometime like "as of this time, the inhaled insulin has stopped all marketing activities in Brazil" or something like that.

I'd call this a fairly well balanced article. His valuation did not include any potential developments with other Technosophere applications; but it would be pointless to speculate on what those might be worth to the company. I was surprised (disappointed) that he projected EU approval in 2017. I was hoping it might occur earlier. Agree that this is a pretty balanced article (referring to the article "MannKind And Afrezza: Can The Drug Cure The Company?MannKind And Afrezza: Can The Drug Cure The Company?"). His valuation appears to be off as he assumes a profit margin of 20% and then Mannkind getting 35%. So it's kind of like assuming Mannkind is getting about a 7% royalty. I recall Mannkind has always maintained that the deal is equivalent to Mannkind getting about a mid-20 percentage (i.e., around 25%) royalty. So if Mannkind is correct about the actual profit margin, the actual valuation may be about 3.5 times of his calculation/estimate. |

While not intending to insult or diminish the efforts of those who want to make this information available on this board, would it be best to have a master page listing all 50 states and then the following: City - if small town, name / distance from nearest metro such as "small town california" S. Los Angeles metro Dr. Name Contact info (if allowed to post on this site) And so as not to have a long thread of new Dr. names, perhaps someone who can log into this site and just add physician info under the state and city? I plan to do that. However, right now I still don't have much information. All I have now is a few tweets containing references to a few doctors (http://www.afrezzajustbreathe.com/afrezza-prescribing-physicians/). If we have a bigger number of doctors (say more than a dozen), I will organize them by State and City to create a directory and add a link in my blog to the directory. So if you have any information, please let me and I will compile the information together to create a directory. Those videos have been there since the launch of the site. Harry is right. My impression is that the site had the video up at sometime at the beginning of July or even a little bit earlier. |
