If you mean the complete absence of proof endlessly reiterated, just look at sportsrancho´s posts over the last weeks, the last thing she wrote here was some rambling about Bill wanting to be the best.. just 3 hours after I wrote "claiming success is a far cry from being successful!"
I think you are mistaken and at least that "accusation" is spot on! You are entitled to your opinion, even if it’s completely wrong. There are people who believe the earth is flat, there’s even an International Flat Earth Society. It’s impossible to convince those folks they are wrong. Sports, I recommend that you not waste any more time trying to convince morfu of the error of his thinking about VDEX. Though I commend the sincerity of your efforts in that regard! You are the 3rd or 4th person who feels it is necessary to comment on my opinion or person instead of facts, each of these postings was very unnecessary!
Why dont you stick to the facts for a change?
How about these two statements:
- Afrezza works quite well without the "VDex method" - Any proof that VDex is doing better or even comparable to the top 100 prescribing Endos is missing. - In fact there is not any proof of a significant benefit for Mannkind from VDex
- VDex made various ridiculous demands towards Mannkind in these strange letters to shareholders including false statements
- VDex is the only company forcing this forum to create not one, but two separate threads in this board and still posts the same unproven messages in other channels
Nothing Sportsrancho is posting tirelessly repeating herself disqualified any of those.

Mannkind does not pay us to do talks on Afrezza like they do others.
We are one of their largest providers ( in the top 10 ) which isn’t very difficult since we have quite a few providers.
We will keep fighting to help make Afrezza the success it should be.
We are growing and doing better than ever.
Mannkind is growing and doing better than ever.
I think we’re all going to make it🤣😎👍🏻 Now i’m going to go buy some stock:-)

Mannkind does not pay us to do talks on Afrezza like they do others. We are one of their largest providers ( in the top 10 ) which isn’t very difficult since we have quite a few providers. "show your evidence supporting your claim" that is exactly what I have been saying about the claims being made by VDex and sportsrancho for years now, I am somewhat glad that you and I might come to the conclusion that with the current public data any such claim remains unproven! (and thus my statements are correct!) I can only point out that neither me nor any Endo makes such claims, but VDex and Sportrancho does and therefore the burden of proof clearly lies with them!
I already linked Spencer Osborne at Seeking Alpha article which lists the demand if you don´t like word rediculous, try "very inappropriate".. these demands are hard to describe in sane words, I thought "rediculous" was good enough.

Since this is a minor part of the Mannkind story going forward (VDex). Should this be front page Mannkind Proboard material? Just a question for the moderators, (not for the first time). If Mannkind was to embrace VDex as a partner this would be very different and relevant front page material.

I’ll just bet you that there are other doctors prescribing Afrezza ( not Vdex ) that also hold Mannkind stock.. that are reading Pro-Boards ..maybe not a lot but there has to be some. In fact I know there used to be two.
It should be friendly environment in case they would like to post about their experiences with Afrezza. Or anything else they feel like talking about. I think it would be great.
Pretty soon it’ll be all about TrepT....💃 people tend to forget about nitpicking when the stock is going up.

A friendly environment is good all-around. Having been involved (as both member and staffer) on several financial message boards for around 20 years now, I do believe the level of pugnaciousness has dropped off over the years (StockTwits notwithstanding, and I don't even want to know if the Yahoo boards still exist). These days with everyone acclimating to doing more social stuff online, I think there has been at least a wee bit of consciousness-raising w/r/t interacting with kindness rather than hostility.
Of course, if someone has an agenda to rabble-rouse or spread FUD, they're going to push the envelope. It's nice to know that, at least around here, they don't have a prayer of convincing anyone, and that can remain true even as we continue to be civil toward them.

As I said in my posting, my statements remain true!
Are you saying that here and in their letters to shareholders anybody can say whatever they want (even wrong things) and do not have verify anything or being held accountable for their claims? Or is this just true for VDex?
I read in that proposal to Mannkind that VDex was planning to establish more than 200 facilities over the first 2-3years, that did not happen, did I understand Sportrancho´s comment correctly that VDex had to close down a facility recently? If so, do you see any discrepancy between their big plans and reality?

It looks more like VDex supporters making claims they cannot support and some are getting emotional about it.. maybe it is time for more facts and less polemic?
This is a discussion boards, comments are a good thing! Empty posts no matter if they are 3 letters or a whole sentence are in the way of an honest discussion! How can "they speak true because this is not a court of law" not be seen as an utter defeat and complete lack of arguments?
