Notwithstanding the insurance issue, Is Doctor Matrix Medical Group a well-known, respected organisation?

That´s pretty bad!
How about the online VDex, do they work with insurance?

It sounds like concierge medicine to me and somewhat common in Miami. Popular among wealthy South Americans and Europeans.

Mannkind could not possibly start its own Vdex they wouldn’t know how. 🤣
This sounds like an organization that they do not want to be affiliated with. But are suggesting their services for what per se a prescription? Are they giving people prescriptions online?

Yes it’s all zoom telemedicine but the question is who are these people are they prescribing Afrezza because people on the Facebook pages would like to know. Afrezza assist sounds like they have their own doctors, people are confused what they get out of calling them if they can’t get a prescription?

And more importantly who is training them!? The American Medical Association. gives them their credentials. They need to follow the established Standards of care. diabetesed.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/2018-ADA-Standards-of-Care.pdfstudents must complete a four-year M.D. degree program and medical residency, following a four-year bachelor's degree in biology or pre-medicine. With any luck the patients are being turned over to MANNKIND CARES for insurance help and teaching.

And more importantly who is training them!? My initial concern was this (who is training them?), not so much for their medical credentials, but for Afrezza use and retention of new users. I think peppy may have nailed it with a bit of "luck"! And more importantly who is training them!? The American Medical Association. gives them their credentials. If my memory is still good ... I remember that MNKD put out a list of doctors across the nation that were upstanding in their field and also known to prescribe Afrezza. Afrezza was very new and hardly anyone had heard about it. I remember that there was only one doctor listed on Oahu whose office was only about a mile or two away from me. I haven't checked lately, but currently many doctors know about it ... even my VA doctor knew about it but said that it wasn't on the VA's list of prescribable drugs so he couldn't prescribe it.
But, that's mytakeonit

But, that's mytakeonit I remember that list, but don't remember any claim that the docs were outstanding in their field. And I remember complaints by diabetics that when they went to one of these docs they couldn't get a script for Afrezza. The suspicion was that if a rep visited a doc, if only to drop off materials about Afrezza, the doc was added to the list because he or she then "knew about Afrezza."

I think any doctor who had prescribed Afrezza was added to that list. My dad's doc was on that list even though she was less than supportive or knowledgeable about Afrezza. So I wasn't really impressed with the list.
