This is very interesting considering it might coincide or follow the FDA's ruling for UTHR. If approved, the timing could be perfect. If delayed, the timing would not be good. If rejected, the timing could be a disaster. All of course relate to the corresponding stock price at the time. Let's hope this foreshadows an approval!

Tyvaso DPI approval is expected to be that same Monday. Thank God for Martine and throwing us the life line. I fully expect approval but who knows. ADA is June 3rd and between GLP1s and SGLT2s they should do about $24B in 2022. Lilly is coming with Mounjaro and will be pushing for a new class of T2 drug, the GIP class. I sure hope Mike comes with something for the show and is also pushing for a new class of drug for the T2s for Technosphere Insulin. |

If you remember last year at one of the CCs, Mike was asked when to expect consistent revenues from DPI. He said around 6-12 months. Mike and UTHR knew then about the CRL. They are usually notified (ie informal heads up) 30 days prior to announcement. This did not happen now because Mike was very confident they would be starting the ROLLOUT and getting Revenue in May and June. He also mentioned LABELING. We talked about that a few weeks ago. Ringing the NASD Bell is the icing on the cake. I expect approval to be announced tomorrow at 4pm. |

Sometimes you are so over-the-top that it is hard to take you seriously. Does anyone really think that millions of people tune in every day to see who is ringing the bell? This is basically an ego booster trip to NY for MC that the shareholders are paying for. |
