The wink emoji is usually to indicate humor. Look to the two posts just above mine.

Yet another analyst upgrade What analyst? Could u please provide a link or a copy? I’m not sure, but I think he’s saying parrerob is equivalent to an analyst. It might have been meant as a compliment, or if it was sarcastic, then not a compliment.

Wow, people like to overthink things here. It was a simple joke indicated as such with an emoji. I wasn't being sarcastic nor weighing in complementary or otherwise on the content of his analysis... I was merely humorously pointing out that his analysis of revenue and earnings has just been raised/upgraded just as we are beginning to get from professional analysts. Not every comment here has to be negative/positive, good/evil, despite some here really thinking they most be. Though I do appreciate that he shared those numbers. If anyone wanted my real opinion I think his new numbers will also turn out to be low, though he admittedly is trying to be conservative. I just ran an extensive Monte Carlo financial analysis, nearly wore my set of dice out, and came up with $209,625,214.71 for the year's revenue. That was sarcasm... not directed at anyone, just the folly of trying to be too precise when there are so many unknowns. For those that need to read something into things... there could be a coded message in that long number

Just interesting to know where do the 9 M$ more are coming from in your analysis (respect to my 200 M$) ? All from Tyvaso DPI I imagine ? If You don't mind can You share Your thoughts ? Thanks a lot... PS In my last estimate the total yearly loss is wrong, or better not updated ! (I was too quick to load the excel, sorry and now I cannot edit anymore the post). Now the total yearly losses are (0,05) or around 13 M$

Your numerical coded message is deciphered to reveal your real message, which is: "I am a naked short." I had my suspicions about you and now those are confirmed! Now put some clothes on please!

Oy. Speaking of overthinking things, the thought occurs to me that a reminder from the moderators about staying on topic might be apropos right about now. parrerob - thank you for the time you took to generate your estimate and to update it as the year has progressed. It presents an optimistic outlook and it pleases me that it wasn't sufficiently optimistic to account for the last earnings report. That is a trend I like and have reasons to hope it continues! Also, I think the fact that alethea , @clement, ronw77077 , and hellodolly all appreciated your work is high praise. You should feel complimented. Thank you again.

I respectfully disagree. Using exaggeration to make fun of someone's genuine (and usefully accurate!) efforts is not humorous. I think its insulting. parrerob may not mind, but I do. And I didn't ask the moderators to delete the insulting posts. All I asked for was a reminder to remain on topic.

Darn it they must be hiding with the droids!

It also reveals the evil cabal that I'm a member of... hint, it's one of: the Illuminati, the Vatican, the CIA Credit Union, or the Brigade of Citizens Who Prefer Ketchup on Hotdogs Rather than Mustard.

I didn't fully realize how insulting it is, even in jest, to imply someone might work within Wall Street industry. In hindsight I realize that is pretty slanderous.

I see no harm in a little humor to break up the monotony of a down day, Good Sir... This is my sentiment as well. The only thing to be careful about is that on such down days, members are more prone to have hair triggers, maybe proportional to the size of their positions, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to tread carefully with the sarcasm/humor (says the mod who tends to get a bit oversarcastic...) [EDIT: This isn't directed to mayday, it's just a general observation.]
