I'd like to apply the title of this thread, "What is going on?" to MNKD options today. Maybe it's just a glitch on TDA, but my January 10 calls are showing a bid/ask of 1.20 / 5.00 (a few minutes later, 1.20 and 3.20) and TDA is saying value has been up between 80% and 166% (depending on when you looked). Now historically, TDA's option value change reporting has been less than meaningful, but not off by this much from what I'd expect. All I can think of is the rumor of a Tuesday squeeze is somehow affecting the option pricing? Any ideas?

I see 1.20 to 2.10 as the range, and reported value up by about 13%, on BMO Investorline.

Yah, must just be TDA options reporting flakiness. It has settled down a bit. The funny thing is there is never any apparent reason behind the wild swings it reports, but SOMETHING must change. Oh well. I'm off to Loon Mountain for some skiing action this weekend. Glad Monday's a market holiday so I don't have to go futzing with my phone on the lifts...

Someone please explain what the hell is going on with the sp? Is the for real or another set up like the previous spike? I'm not complaining but it smells fishy.

BTIG upgrade to $8.00 per share, following Oppenheimer upgrade to seven last week. UTHR Conference, Martine is looking forward to blowing the doors off pulmonary treatments using Technosphere. I'm not complaining, but to longs, it smells like roses.

If i remember correctly the SP tends to go up prior to quarterly results then falls hard after. Seems like historically today is a good day to sell and tomorrow is a good day to buy.

Upgrade to SP target by BTIG might be contributing, but there were also adds by institutions in the 3rd and 4th quarters, so not unreasonable to assume more of the same plus an uptick in retail purchases. Sports provided some information a while back that MNKD was trending up on social media to fuel retail purchases, and of course the shorts have been exiting. Not sure what the bottom is for short interest under current conditions, but don't know that we've found it yet. And of course there are all the usual known pipeline activities that are contributing to a positive set of buy recommendations and SP estimate between $4 and $8 (I think).

Well.....sell, buy back tomorrow. I think Clint Eastwood had a saying for this in one of his movies. Something about feeling lucky...

With my luck, I would follow history and it wouldn’t repeat itself this time. I don’t play for the pennies because you can be penny wise and pound foolish.

Yep, i just hold through it.. don't make the extra $ i would have if i made the perfect set of trades but still ending up on top.
