Feb. 3 at 12:33 PM NatesNotes @agreenspan barnstormer as I mentioned in my January letter, we are at the "do or die" point (and should know within 6 months whether they 2 49 @agreenspan barnstormer are going to gain any meaningful traction or not) 2 49 Feb. 3 at 12:30 PM NatesNotes saintsauvage lined up and ready to go to a far greater degree than it ever was under Sanofi... and, if he does, in fact, have the goods, 6 Feb. 3 at 12:30 PM NatesNotes saintsauvage "a fix" in place IF NEEDED to make sure it doesn't happen by the deadline; provided he's not bluffing, yes - he's got Afrezza 6 Feb. 3 at 12:29 PM NatesNotes saintsauvage I think he knows that being delisted would be a(nother) tremendous setback for all involved and so wants to make sure he has 6

Instead of r/s why don't we do the same what EYES just has done: issue nontransferable subscription rights to purchase units, composed of share of MNKD common stock and a five year warrant to…… EYES went up just today 80%….! It seems EYES is raising only about $20M. The Mann foundation might have had enough resources to participate in EYES rights offering. They may well not have enough to fully participate in a MNKD rights offering that would raise the amount of money that is needed, which would have to be considerably more than $20M. That may have an effect on whether a rights offering is considered. But wow... looks like the EYES offering has been well received. I assume that is what the pop is about. If the Mann foundation could muster $50M for MNKD, it might work wonders to leverage that as a rights offering. I'm not in a great financial spot at the moment, but would certainly consider participating in a rights offering that had Mann foundation commitment and was going to raise $100M for MNKD.

How much would would nationwide TV ads cost MNKD??? We really need to start advertising ASAP .... they have had enough time to lay groundwork... dilution wouldn't be so bad if the money was spent on something that increased sales substantially ..
They are working on the sales force... hopefully label change will come soon.. sounds like insurance coverage has improved... they also have Mannkind Cares for Docs and patients... so now they need demand .. so how much money does MNKD need to do a decent wide spread DTC campaign... ? I would also argue that a minor price decrease may help .. I know it would help Medicare patients...

youtu.be/Xtg1ESeqAQw For those of you who have not seen this that Harry posted earlier. This is one of the biggest advocacy videos about Afrezza yet and done by a endo who happens to be a type 1 diabetic since age 15. So I amagine after all his schooling and knowledge and expieriance he knows what he's talking about..

These are the most interesting and confusing stories. How is it possible that an endocrinologist is this passionate about a medication that isn't selling? Surely he has around 300 diabetics in his practice alone. On top of that, does he not talk to any of his colleagues? It just doesn't add up.

Only thing I can say is that maybe he is giving away a ton of Afrezza titration packs which will soon turn into scripts or he is maybe just subscribing to a select few till he is sure of the results. Maybe he is just now getting into full throttle Afrezza craze. Hopefully we will see script numbers rise on a weekly basis from here on regardless of weather the new sales force has made any difference yet.

This time they are sweetening the deal with a free warrant that you can trade as well as a discount on the price. If you are an EYES shareholder you have the right to buy one unit for every share you own, but you can also put in for more if they are available. Wait until after the date of record, Feb 10, and see what the price is when you can no longer pick up the rights.

Dr. Edelman's report was really good. But, I think all of you are in this room way too much. What you are doing is like watching grass grow ... and it's making you antsy. Ha!
Watch the weekly script counts for now. If the trend is moving up big time ... better load up shares fast if you haven't already.
The party begins next week !!!

I read the terms, I don't see how they should lead the price to pop as it did. But if I'm wrong, why did it pop just today and not some time in the last month as the terms were set and known? I don't except you to be able to answer me, I am just talking to myself. Jan 9, 2017: "Under the proposed rights offering, Second Sight would distribute one non-transferable subscription right for each share of common stock held on the record date. Each right would entitle the holder to invest $0.47 at a subscription price that will be determined at the end of the subscription period. Rights will entitle existing shareholders to purchase units consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at the subscription price. The subscription price per unit will equal the lesser of $2.00 or the closing price per share of our common stock on Nasdaq on the close of the subscription period."

If they reverse split 1 for 10 then the stock I bought at 10 would be100. Then that money is gone forever.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we get bought out for 10B $ it doesn't matter. You will see your 100 $ Please... we would be lucky to see an offer of 1 billion. There is no interest from BP in TS and it will be many years, if ever, if Afrezza is profitable. The market is juvenile diabetes and we are a long ways away from approval.

A lot of smart investors in the USA why can't MannKind find that one ACTIVIST INVESTOR who wants to take a nice ride upward and rescue MannKind? very strange it has not happened. So perhaps it will never happen. I've wondered that on more than one occasion...Where in the hell is "that" activist investor. Surely there is one out there with enough cash to take a 5% stake and bust us over $1. JMHO

AFREZZA was approved two years ago and still nobody has even heard of it (relatively speaking) And Afrezza was almost buried! Without a single television ad! Television advertising at this time could (and most likely would) boost both interest and sales. MNKD needs to find funding for that! I have never launched a revolutionary treatment for any illness, but advertising your product or service in any business is an absolute necessity. Talk about business 101?? Imagine if we would not have gotten the settlement from Sanofi, and ran out of money to continue... People would say, well, "I never saw a single ad on Television or basically anywhere, no wonder it failed." They never promoted it through the tools that most every company uses. Radio, Television, etc. It just does not add up! But I am still not going anywhere, I've lost too much to sell now, and aside from that, I still believe in AFREZZA! And I believe that even through all of the blunders, we will make it! IMHO, The time to advertise is now! GLTA TRUE LONGS
