I just quickly skimmed, from the Claims info and the end Patent History, it appears it may be just a reassignment of the V-Go patent to Mannkind ownership?

It appears you are correct, except that this is also a continuation patent. It originally belonged to Veritas who then sold to Zealand who then sold to MannKind. This granted patent apparently has something(s) new added to the claims.

Hopefully Mike is still exploring new options to apply to VGo besides just insulin.
