So giving benefit of the doubt that they are not (Idiots), I'd say they know they need at least a good portion of the shares. I sure hope they know what they are doing. I was impressed by wrangling $6 a share for the recent PIPE, but this sure seems like a big OUCH. Of course those on here that want believe we can go to some fixed share price regardless of share count, won't mind this at all... i.e. Al, or Nate, or whomever once said $300 or $1000 so it has to be. |

A little too early before the CC even happens for the neg speculation from some here IMO. Let's see what happens. In the end, MNKD & Afrezza win this corrupt war against BP. Today is just another day in the Gulag. Our time will come. Patience my fellow true Longs.

I agree. The guidance miss is expected. I think there were only two weeks where I liked the numbers.
I also see dilution after the news, which is unexpected and disappointing.
Those short MNKD are going to pound the stock tomorrow.
I don’t know how MannKind can spin this as a positive...
With the other good news lately, I was hoping Institutional Investors would get back in, now they’re going to be scared away...
