Forget the booth guys, we'll just advertise on the side of trucks like those strip clubs in Vegas! Hey, mobile advertising works and is very inexpensive! Hopefully, Mannkind is entertaining this option. Anything to get the word out about Afrezza! I’ve got a few cool cars that I would be willing to put an Afrezza advertising wrap on for the right price. I’m sure that others would be willing to do the same. Just throwing it out there!

Why is a trial being left up to a school to figure out. I never trusted a school to properly educate my kids with out close supervision never mind their health and well being. Sorry but this all sounds a bit moronic. It is moronic. I think we’re being scammed. This and those April warrants that were not repriced to be exercised. (Sarcasm) I just don’t get it! I mean no disrespect to what you said brotherm1, I just have to say that it rung a bell from years ago when Matt P was in charge and that exact phrase was said by so many as we watched our investment literally disappear! All the while wondering what management was doing. I personally am tired of hearing it and tired of this terribly low pps as well as a market cap that is an embarrassment for such a ground breaking mealtime insulin! Somethings gotta give!!

I noticed a while ago, and again just now, that the homepage of the official Afrezza website is not formatted correctly for mobile using portrait orientation, but is for landscape. The top section and the first sentence is cutoff. The Afrezza important safety info box also takes up half my screen—while the Fiasp important safety info box takes up hardly any and is nearly half the size of the Afrezza one. 😏☹️ It’s things like this that a struggling company cannot afford to overlook, yet still no one, (or no one competent) is heading the social media front for Afrezza or for Mannkind Corp. Very reminiscent of the days of Matt P and the like. Very Frustrating!!

I Believe Mike and Kendall and the rest are at the same shock level I am. Shocked that a fast acting insulin like Afrezza, seen working on diabetic CGM's, the nicest fast acting insulin out there in terms of how it manages Blood glucose and it is not being prescribed. I believe Mike has done everything possible to save us, including the UTHR deal, which is moving right along. Our saving deal. Bitch and Moan all we want, our medical system in this country is not doing the job I thought through osmosis it wanted to do; which was help the health and wellbeing of human beings. It turns out our medical system is run by corporate profit and big pharmaceutical. Catch and Kill probably used regularly. We are all upset. Additionally, what other medication are people saying good things about on the internet? Users are happy. How can physicians not know? It is their job to know. Peppy, As an 8 plus year, six figure investor in Mannkind I agree with everything that you wrote, Except this line... “I believe Mike has done everything possible to save us, including the UTHR deal, which is moving right along. Our saving deal.” There is no doubt that Mike has done SO much and has literally saved this company! Thus far! BUT, what he hasn’t done is effectively use Social Media. In MNKDS case, Social Media is an unused tool! AND, it’s inexpensive! I honestly just don’t get why this is the case! MNKD needs a team of savvy Social media experts that will aggressively and effectively use the platforms that are out there! The Mannkind website desperately needs to be revamped and treated along these same lines. Afrezza is just too damn good to fail, and far superior to other mealtime treatments to be trading at $1.27/share. Not to mention our horrible Market Cap... At least I hope that MNKD can overcome BP and our broken and corrupt Healthcare system! I’ve got a lot riding on it! As do so many others! Monetarily and physically! GLTA MNKD LONGS!

The article claims onset of action of Fiasp is 2 to 15 minutes. As you can see from the Fiasp package insert (courtesy of Peppy), that's not true. How do they get by with printing these lies? Because MannKind has not filed a complaint with the FDA? Does anyone know if MNKD is planning to file a complaint or are we going back to the old days when so many bashed and lied about MNKD and Afrezza and our previous management just let it happen?

ST....$MNKD Notice how VDEX engages the audience sharing diabetes articles? Mannkind can learn something from VDEX! Open social media accounts! I agree Sports! Thank God for Vdex! It is shocking to me that MannKind doesn’t utilize all of the aspects of social media. With all the benefits of how many people one can reach via social media, combined with the low cost of doing so, it really doesn’t make sense NOT to have a team of social media savvy experts promoting AFREZZA all over the internet. Hopefully, they (MNKD) is putting together a social media team as I write. Like most all of us, I was disappointed with the basically flat script numbers again after the influx of the television commercials. The 6 to 8 week model (that Mike Castagna expected) of a spike in scripts after TV ads are running doesn’t seem to be panning out. If AFREZZA is going to become the “Standard of Care”, MNKD Management needs to start doing something differently. IMHO, there is no down side to using various forms of social media. Are you reading this Mike Castagna and team at MannKind? Your investors are tired of a stock price hovering under $2.00/share for what we know is a paridigm changing treatment for Diabetes. Especially those of us that owned stock in MNKD before the reverse split! GLTA LONGS!

Unfortunately, this endo is actually up-to-date when s/he states that Afrezza delivers less control than a pump. Why? Because there have been ZERO publications by MannKind in major medical journals to dispute what this endocrinologist has learned about inhaled insulin. The STAT results were published in by Kartish Garg MD in his diabetes journal, which has a smaller readership than Lancet, AMA or NEJM. This lack of current and available medical information is kicking MannKind in the rear end, IMO. For all the money being spent on DTC ads for Afrezza, what good will it do if the doctors refuse to prescribe it? Where are the new publications that Castagna/Kendall stated would soon be released. I believe the statement about upcoming medical publications was made at either the Cantor Fitzgerald Global Healthcare Conference on Oct 2, 2018 or the Rodman & Renshaw 20th Annual Global Investment Conference on Sept 5, 2018. I agree. Now that MannKind is putting out so many Afrezza commercials, there needs to be a seamless path to availability. In addition, social media needs to be looked after intensely. It’s go time people! No stone unturned! All cylinders need to be firing simultaneously for ultimate success! No room for any additional mistakes from MNKD management! GLTA LONGS!

IMO, target audience is diabetic community versus financial investment community. I've now seen it more than 10x on FOX which has a large audience. Views have been at prime times in morning and evenings. I have seen more Afrezza commercials lately than any other diabetic aid commercials with the exception of Ozempic. Also, while at my local pharmacy yesterday, I asked the pharmacist (that told me she was a recently diagnosed diabetic) if she knew about Afrezza. She said “I’ve seen commercials for it but have not looked into it yet” It was nice to hear that people are finally seeing it on TV! And as a longtime holder of this company, I directed her to the appropriate channels to get good info about Afrezza. We are definitely moving in the right direction. Finally!! GLTA LONGS!

I have seen several Afrezza commercials on Fox in the Ohio market over the last two days, some at prime time as well as alternate times. Definitely witnessing an uptick in commercials as promised. Hopefully the response will be positive! GLTA LONGS!

Every Breath You Take - The Police. I like this song. Or that!! I like it too. Just something catchy that most everyone knows is my point. I see (and hear) the Trisiba commercial and now the Ozempic commercial all of the time! Both have well known, catchy tunes! Whether you like them or not, they get your attention...at least they get mine. They just need to improve on the last commercial with somthing that leaves a mark. GLTA LONGS!

Sports, I'm not sure if your post was suggesting the song that you posted be a song for a new ad for Afrezza, But... IMHO, I think that when putting a song to a product for a commercial, it has to be a song that the general public knows, and knows well, (and likes) to create that hook. Not just a good verbal message. It has to be more than that. A song that keeps playing/resonating in your potential consumers head long after the actual commercial has ended.
However, effective verbal content is definitely paramount! The two combined tastefully, equals success in promoting your product or service. I will admit that my expertise is not in advertising, but I am a consumer and as a consumer, I realize what commercials stick in my head and which do not. I also think that the current AFREZZA commercial (although was/am thrilled to have finally seen one) is not as good as it could be. Hopefully Mannkind management already has a team earnestly working on the next new commercial promotion of Afrezza, and as I said in my first post, and IMHO, the song "Breathe" just seems to check all of the right boxes to be used for the music side of a successful AFREZZA commercial! Also, Casting Laura Kronan as the face of AFREZZA is also a great idea!! And the fact that she would like to do it is a gift to Mannkind!! GLTA LONGS!!

I realize that this idea has been brought up before, but honestly, if MNKD management reads this mb, I think this is really important!
Ozempic has their commercial to the tune of It's "Magic" by the Pilots. ...O,o,o it's magic...you know... Trisiba has the song from Earth, Wind and Fire "Lets groove tonight", (although the guy dancing around, we could do without) But you have to admit, these commercials do get your attention! Think how those songs stick in your head (like it or not)
Afrezza needs to get the rights to use Faith Hills' "Breathe" Our next AFREZZA commercial needs to improve and implementing this song with a well thought out visual concept, we'll definitly have a commercial that will get peoples attention and help to achieve a successful ad campaign. GLTA LONGS!!
