Great article! Along with the one Barnstormer also just posted today it gives me the faith that Afrezza will succeed and the tide is slowly but irrevocably turning in mnkd’s favor!

Thanks Kite and now for another version of “Imagine Calmness...”. Think of lying in bed until you want to get up, then making a leisurely breakfast all the while with an ocean view and the sounds of the waves soothing you as you begin your weekday from your beach house... my vision from holding Mnkd five years from now..:

Think you are confusing Afrezza with mannkind sales efforts. Afrezza is even better than expected which is hardly a disappointment in my view. The sales efforts could be more strategic, such as where is the updated web site and the digital campaign to compliment the tv ads. Big miss imho.

I would personally rather suffer a while longer for a more positive result than sell out now for a short term gain that will no where come close to making me whole on my original investment. Just my personal opinion...

Yeah from a guy who stood up at a shareholder meeting and wanted 51% control of the whole company. So even if true not a good deal.

Likely because of co-pay card since she mentioned she is paying $15 per month.

Think would be ok to put under both. Thanks Harry for all the work you out in on behalf of mannkind and this board! You are very much appreciated!

Evidence of more baby steps courtesy of Harryx1 from StockTwits: childrenwithdiabetes.com/insulin/Afrezza is not yet “approved” for children. But there it is. As Itell would say: Hmmmmmmmm I liked the fact that Afrezza was in the table at the top of the list, but very dissapointed that the 1st FAQ did not even address inhalation. Common Questions Why do I have to inject insulin? Insulin must be injected because it is a protein. If it were taken orally, the body's digestive system would break it down, rendering it useless. It seemed like a big disconnect for me. And if this info was intended for use by children, why wouldn’t there be an “*” next to Afrezza explaining that it is currently in Phase II trials for pediatric use but approved for adults? Yes have to agree. With two ways of receiving insulin it should now read why do I have to “take” insulin.

And right at the top of the list where it belongs. Slowly but surely they seem to be making progress. Just wish we knew what Mike C knows...

Agree must be factual and actually cannot be done directly by mnkd as not an fda approved message. So how about being just plain and simple? You did not see this in the Super Bowl? However one last issue, use of the name super bowl is copied righted by nfl and use without their permissiin invites a law suit. They are very litigious in protecting this franchise as one might imagine.

I am not really sure about the costs of afrezza compared to RAA’s. When afrezza’s plant is running all 3 lines at capacity and w maximum shifts the volume should lower costs significantly. And the dreamboat must cost .05 at most to produce so that is negligible when compared to pens w needles. Also mnkd May be able to get better insulin pricing if volumes goes up assuming the future predicted shortage is fixed.

Actually shareholders are owners of team and mike is more like the General Manager and Dr K is the offensive coach. 😂

And why can’t mnkd partner with Tcoyd and beyond t1 to distribute Dr. Pettus video?

Could not agree more Bioexec! Need him on a road show in all the territories that we have reps. Have reps invite both doctors and patients who are on afrezza and those who are not. Have them at family style restaurants where the portions are large and add only one thing to his presentation, Sam and/ or Eric etc at a table with a camera on them and their cgm’s so the audience can see continuously what they are eating and what their bg is during the presentation. Announce at start of presentation what their bg is and have them come up after presentation to tell what they ate and what bg is. And everyone who shows up that is interested in afrezza should get 6 months at cost if they want a script. Have the spirometer on site.
Having a tour like this would be worth the expense in my opinion.
Could also do above as an informercial.
