That's right mytake. I've given a lot of thought and almost bailed. I can't unload. Way too down so have to ride it out. I've been one of the biggest supporters of Afrezza on this board and elsewhere. I have been in with MNKD since before FDA approval. Losing Al Mann was hard on me, and this has pushed me just as hard. For better or worse, I'm here. May the Goddess help us all & the many diabetics around the globe who could benefit from this game changer, Afrezza.

All I'm trying to convey is that IMO, the Shorts are going to chew the SP down much faster back to 0.50, then if we stay as is. Then what is my investment worth? $5K is what. Whereas, we seem to have found a bottom at the current 0.50's, which btw was sitting at 0.78 and heading north before all this r/s talk stated to heat up with that absolutely horrible CC a few weeks ago.

How long do you think it will take the shorts to push the stock back under $1 again after the r/s? 6 months or possibly way less is my guess, unless we see script counts begin to climb in a healthy manner, we'll be right back to where we are today. The shorts will be relentless in attacking this stock anew. Easy money!! That, you can take to the bank. And, I will be out 100K shares thanks to the r/s, making my investment virtually worthless. My only other option is to sell now before the r/s and salvage what I can. So what if we get delisted to OTC is my opinion. We still have the cash runway to turn things around and we keep our shares intact. Now we shareholders argue over the r/s because one camp loses money if it does not happen, and we get delisted, and the other camp loses out right away, (me), and I assume others who see what is happening here and have a boatload of shares being taken away from them.
I voted no for the reason stated above.(to answer the question of why which I received from some). Like I've stated previously over & over again; I have never, ever, seen a r/s that I have liked. I have been through 2, yes 2, (!) and both times they were disasters for me. This is an act of desperation by the company and not coming a from a position of strength, which is where a r/s can make sense.
All this being said, I know the r/s is a foregone conclusion and my "vote" means absolutely nothing. This proxy vote is just a game that management must go thru to satisfy the SEC. May as well be living in Russia when it comes to voting here. I personally have a decision to make to sell or not. Not easy. Oh and btw, on Day 1 after the r/s happens and we're sitting at $5, how much do you think the SP will collapse by the closing bell? The Shorts will be at the breakfast table that morning for sure.

I want to apologize for expressing anger & shock during the CC today on the Shoutout Box. I've had time to calm down since then. You know, a poster who has never been friendly to MNKD made a comment on the Shoutout Box that a lot of investors "rose-colored glasses fell off their faces and shattered on the floor today," or something to that effect. Well, that comment stuck with and gnawed at me. I want to state that this investor never felt I was wearing "rose-colored glasses," and never will. I still believe in this company, in Afrezza, the management team, the sales force, and all the other good things that are happening & are about to happen with MNKD. I am NOT going anywhere. Here I will remain & here I will be when the tide is turned, r/s or no r/s, no matter the SP tomorrow or in the coming weeks. Get a grip on yourselves investors! Afrezza will catch on globally and in the end diabetics & investors will be the real winners, not the ones who had a field day today talking down MNKD in the Shoutout Box. Go MNKD! Aloha.

AM: I agree 100% with you! For the 800th time from me; I've never, ever, seen nor experienced a r/s that I've liked or enjoyed, (been thru 2!!!), and just wish all this non stop talk about a r/s would cease and desist. It's a sign of desperation & weakness IMO if MNKD ever went this route, and I would be out for good if it ever happens. And, I suspect that some here perpetuate the talk for the sole purpose of frightening investors which helps to explain why I have so many blocked here. I will not post on this topic ever again. Done with this. GLTA true & genuine investors.

Loved this presentation today! Slowly HMS Afrezza is turning in the right direction at sea! Kudos to Matt P, Michael C, & Dr. Urbanski, as well as the entire team at MNKD. You are all fantastic and I'm so grateful for what you're doing to make Afrezza available to diabetics worldwide. Keep up the excellent work crew! Aloha.

IMO too much hype on the RLS speculation, but understand the need to want a discussion. I just remained focused on what Michael C is doing this month to bulk up the sales force, in order to help boost Afrezza script counts later this quarter. Go MNKD!

Aloha Rock & Wisc: I'm 100% with both of you. I've never met a r/s that I've liked period. Whoever started up this r/s nonsense talk once again, (how many times now?), has another agenda of trying to undermine confidence in MNKD. Do not fall into the trap of engaging in r/s talk. It serves no purpose other than to serve the desires of those who want to undo MNKD and get Afrezza on the cheap. We have an extended cash runway now well into 2017 and just relax for Christ sake, and let's see what happens. IMO things look VG. Give this more time friends and our time will come. Gosh, don't play into their game, learn to play our game! Aloha and Happy New Year to All !!
