Wonder what were leased that cost $540 per month? typical corporate - Its not our $$$

Shouldn't this be in Other Topics? as its AMPH related? If not then whats this about ? Is the global moderator speculating that AMPH raised that $$ and working with MNKD with out explicitly saying it? That’s exactly what I’ve been saying for many weeks. I think Amphastar and MannKind have been hammering out a China sales agreement AND possibly manufacturing of Afrezza at Amphastar’s Chinese plant. whats the process of regulatory approval in China for a drug ? |

goyo - E*Trade got my money on Friday ... it was out of my bank account here ... they just aren't letting me use it yet. They know that as soon as I am authorized to use it ... then it is gone from their bank. As previously mentioned by some other poster.. If you wire the money, they should make it available as soon as they receive the wire. If you do ACH - some brokers hold the money until its cleared. ACH - 3 days is the industry norm
or may be they are conspiring to not make you buy MNKD  |

Thoughts on how much cash the company needs to raise? Sans any ATM funding going on as of late, there should be enough cash to last until early October. I remember ProBoards Matt saying no one raises money at the end of the year and I am assuming first few weeks of January are pretty quiet too. Also assuming it is never prudent to run the cash tank down below 8 weeks minimum. Fair to say enough cash is needed to get the company to mid-March? I think many here wouldnt know to tell you or pay attention and would probably spin some conspiracy theory on you for asking such a question.

There is no story here as many think.
Smart money thought Afrezza sales wouldnt pick up much to support the quarterly burn and that 4 billion market cap is overpriced while retail speculated that there will be a buy out and got carried away by Afrezza efficacy ignoring the business around it - as simple as that.
Still after being so many years on the market - what are the sales? around 300K weekly while burning 2 million a month and not enough run way. THe situation now may be different - with potential partners , but management blew it all along.

Even though MNKD pps is down -7.6% over the last three months and -43.0% over the last six months, the he stock price is up +20.5% over the last year at this date.
Price volatility is way down as well as MNKD appears to be in a holding pattern.

Kendall recently visited Duke and UNC ... and now we have the Tanner deal! When? For what? Was there a press release? Kendall is CMO. Why would he visit Duke and UNC? I would think may be to meet with the Doctors to check on Afrezza / review.
Why would MNKD do a press release for all C suite meetings and Travel.
PR newsire costs $.

My agenda is wanting this company to turn around, and I’m posting that I’m upset with this cryptic PR that does nothing for managemtn’s credibility. Didn’t know only positivity was allowed on this board and nobody should take the opposing side. Please do share what you think is so good about this... What's good about it is that there is now a distribution outlet for all the places in the world that don't/won't have a partner. This means that more people worldwide will have access, depending on local laws, that did before. I'd guess that this access will be expensive and low volume. Why would you not want this deal? It's not exclusive and expands the sales geography. Are upset that this deal is not good enough, and you wanted more? The PR is cryptic to you? I'm betting the industry gets it well enough. For the rest of us we wait for more knowledgeable people to explain it on the boards. This.
Imagine a PWD in South Africa who wants to try Afrezza. Instead of hunting a pharmacy or a mom and pop pharmacy, the PWD can reach out to Tanner pharma and get access to Afrezza.
Now the logistics part - who gets how much is not something we will know. But every PWD out there can get Afrezza through Tanner Pharma confidently that its a genuine product and not a counterfeit.

and where do u suggest stick the safety info where people will be able to read the safety warnings along with the ad - unless the bill board is so huge. But you are free to dream and post your not so practical ideas. You can crush my dream, but not my concept. Advertise it then in Journals, magazines, televisions.....anywhere that you can legally depict it! Thats already being done. Journals and magazines and TV and physician offices. Its not your concept I believe. Its the life cycle for every product - not just afrezza.
And I don't understand what you would mean by - You can crush my dream but not my concept. Perhaps clarify the intent.
